When the products finally arrive they are of good / very good quality. But shipping to Switzerland from the source in Belgium typically takes more than two weeks, not leaving much time to decide to reorder before the monthly subscription deadline. Additionally, the packaging within the exterior box is often damaged, making one wonder if the products are factory new or reissued returns.

I Order 3 Times and every Time I orderd i didnt got the Free Aloe vera and also the Spoon which was in my Invoice and i also got extra charged i dont know why if u add products to your supscriptipns it showd other amounts after placing order it showd more amount i dont know why i write an email but i didnt got any answer.

New Subscription set 2 days before shippment by team. We tend to accept the products but we about to cancel.

Your sales persons give all wrong information about the product tell something else and put extra things which don’t need it put in the court just because of sale and then don’t listen it’s all drama and fraud

Hi when placed order it was showing i will get free aloe vera gel with it but I didn't receive any aloe vera with my order

i oder this time they sowing free aloe vera i couldn’t received any and was missing from my oder tablets Endurance 60ct my oder number is #600006398 😔😔😔😔but i love them products very good

I didn’t want to Oder it unfortunately modere place Oder on behalf of client which I think it’s not fair. Also when I had email saying it you have 1 day before you subscription change it if you want when I check it’s showing no subscription because I have cancel it but no it’s still goes through.
I have try canceling from online email and Facebook but still continuing to place an Oder on my behalf. I don’t like this system at all.

Modere Muscle Rub, originally recommended by my chiropractor, is absolutely excellent for any and all muscle pain, and great value for money. The Modere website is so easy to navigate, and delivery is fast and efficient with notification of each stage.

Do NOT get reeled in. They tie you up into a monthly subscription. When you cancel it, they ignore it and take money and send another box of expensive products. I’ve lost weight on FAR cheaper products before - 4 stone. All I wanted and thought I was getting was a great product to maintain. It’s complicated, expensive and when you contact them you get no reply. I’m sitting on over £400 worth of products and STILL waiting for someone to respond to my NUMEROUS emails to get my money back and return the unopened boxes. To be honest - it feels like a scam. Once I hear from someone and return my boxes and get refunded I’ll happily change this review. In the meantime someone is seriously pocketing from this

New website not as good as previous. I don’t find it is as easy to find items.
Communication and delivery seems slower and first time I’ve not had a product that I ordered ( Dry Skin Cleaner not available in UK apparently) did get it refunded promptly though. Feeling a bit disappointed!

I made an order Modere and within 4 days my order had arrived. Excellent service. The products are amazing.

You have said I’ve received my item and I’ve not got it! I have had to contact my bank as you’ve taken £135!!
