No delivery and no contact
I placed an order on 7 February. On the 2nd of March the package was announced to DHL, but the package was never delivered to DHL. It is impossible to contact Modeluxueus as I get a message that the email cannot be sent because the email address mentioned on the website (international*merterluxury.com) does not exist.

The real deal
Sometimes something sounds too good to be true. Luckily this time it is true. I made several orders now and everything arrived and was in perfect shape and condition. My last order from begin december, arrived last week. I got detailed videos of the products through whatsapp and colour and size recommendations. The personal service is quick, friendly and very helpful.I will definitely order here again, thanks modeluxeus. Best regards Daniël

After 2 months no delivery
My son ordered shoes on 10.June. Till now no shoes were delivered. He doesn't get any response to refund the payment.
So watch out, and don't trust this site. YOUR MONEY IS GONE AND NO DELIVERY!
I know customer service is working on it, but they can't give me any date about the delivery. And there is also no intention to refund the payment either, although I asked for this several times.
Update : The legal delivery time of 30 days has long since passed, after which a refund must be made if the customer submits a request. Apparently this selling party does not have to abide by this law...
