Package Not received
I ordered on June 30th, it’s July 21st and still waiting on package. However, I was given options to be refunded & re-sent and I chose to be refunded because I no longer needed the item. Due to great customer service regarding my item, I will definitely order in the future & recommend this website. Thank you!!

I can't really Rate it because mine was too small. I'm an Xl so I got mine in a 2xl but that was too small as well. So it sitting in my closet to collect dust

First item received was too small
First item received was too small. When I called in to learn of the return policy, I spoke to a lady who patiently listened to my frustration and suggested I try a larger size. She promised to notify the return dept .that once my item was received, they were to rush the replacement.
I was impressed with the urgency to resolve my situation AND the larger size fits!!
I would reorder.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to after my shopping experience with Model Mannequin. Navigating through the website was a pleasant experience, as it’s very user friendly and I was impressed with all of the payment options available, plus the fact that I was able to use a 15% discount coupon code. I called to ask a few questions before I placed my order and the customer service was friendly, informative, efficient and gave me a lot of confidence in making a purchase. I received all of order and shipping confirmations in a timely manner once my order was placed, and the delivery was also speedy.
My dress fits like a glove and sculpts my body perfectly! I love the smooth & soft texture, it looks exactly as pictured and is absolutely show stopping. I’ll definitely be placing some more orders very soon!

Upon checking the tracking on both of your orders I can see your 1st order was placed on 04/08 and received 04/14, and your 2nd order was placed 04/09 and delivered 04/19…..therefore the delivery timeframe was within 10 days. Sorry the 10 day waiting period did not meet your expectations. Our shipping information highlights before any purchases are made, that deliveries can take between 5-10 business days.
