I would like to give this NO stars

I would like to give this NO stars! This company pretends to be located in Switzerland, which is why I ordered a 74 franc cardigan, thinking they were reliable! I should have checked out reviews! . Four weeks later their tracking says it is still in CHINA waiting for pickup! I have written numerous em,ails but NO ansser whatsoever. On their website they have a telephone icon but there's no number to call when you click on it! A shameful company! Do NOT order from them!!!!!
