DO NOT USE. So hard to get rid of them. Weird. Do NOT use them. Complicated, looks fancy but is very complicated to get what you want or to ask them things. Not worth it. So many other wallets like this out there. Go elsewhere

Straightforward setup and verification process. Got myself up and running in less than 2 minutes and go to go to buy bitcoin. The layout of the app I find very simple as I'm a beginner in the crypto space. The hability to earn accrued interest in your bitcoin is the most interesting function. I would like to see improvements in the app security, though. It should be requesting a pin every time you close the app and reopen it but if you leave it running in the background, it'll stay unlocked all the time.

Straightforward App that I have used to buy Bitcoin. The bitcoin Jar is a nice touch and pays interest. Easy to create an account and the referral scheme is a good incentive.

OK I was sceptical at first but a happy customer.

Deposited a small amount of money to see for myself. I was pleased to see it work as per the instructions. The interface and Look and feel are easy to use and navigate. Only down side is the android app doesn't allow you to deposit by credit card. Also there is no telephone number incase you wanted to actually speak to someone other than the live chat which isn't open 24/7.

Other than the above definitely the best app I've used.

I was concerned reading all the negative reviews here but for me I’ve had no problems whatsoever. Deposited £100 from UK high street bank account and bought BTC, received a nice little extra as well from them as I was referred, sold BTC today and made a withdrawal into the same bank account, money received immediately through faster payments.

I will say however that there were fees of £1.5 for selling BTC to GBP (none for withdrawal however).

My account has been frozen after requesting evidence of the sources of my income. I'm a retired teacher and would be happily audited by HMRC etc. All my income is legitimate! This seems highly unusual to me. There is no policy I can see on their website, just emails from support that could easily be fishing attempts. No other investment platform has behaved in this way or requested so much personal information. It really sends alarm bell ringing with their behaviour.

They do not clearly state in terms and conditions that there are monthly withdrawal limits of £25,000. This is a scam. Say you hold 3 BTC with them and that doubles or triples in value then this could take over a year to get your money. They have zero flexibility in changing this for customers. They are slow at replying and have no telephone. They fail to highlight risks in paying interest. They use Celsius who are not regulated by the FCA so if anything happens to their UK arm you are screwed.

I waited a week for a verification. Contacted support and they told me they don't accept users from my country. Then why did you want me to send all the documents. Now they want another selfie with my ID just to delete the account. Waste of time.

Great little app. When I set it up I had to call my bank to authorise it on first use for security reasons. Bought Bitcoin twice and added it to my wallet that generates 5% interest per annum paid weekly.. better than I'd get in a bank that's for sure!

Constant app problems.

Current problem is that I have added funds to my account and the app then showed the funds but buying Bitcoin said I needed funds. So the unable to buy even though funds have been added.

In addition the app has now logged me out and saying error when trying to sign in.

Chat mode on app hasn’t had a response either.

Dead easy to use for a first timer! Downloaded the new android app, verified the account within minutes and bought my first bitcoin, not a full one obviously!! 🤣 like the fact it’s uk based so hopefully should be easy to resolve any issues if I do come across any.

It was working fine until the last 24 hours where it’s saying my account has been blocked!

I haven’t opened the app or made a transaction in a few days so see no reason for it to be blocked.

It says “please contact support to unblock account”. I have done this and had no response.

Cant fault this app one bit.. So easy to buy Bitcoin and the fact you get interest on it too is such a bonus.. Would be good if you could buy other cryptocurrencies on there too just because of how easy it is.. Highly recommend :)
