⭐️ 1 STAR — AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

I ordered a MODDEDZONE Elite 2 Core Controller (Order #66899) for $440.95, including paid upgraded buttons. The controller arrived with visible damage, which I reported immediately.

It gets worse.

The controller does not function in the game Arc Raiders. While playing, the A, B, X, and Y buttons do not register at all, making the controller completely unusable. Whether this is due to faulty hardware, poor workmanship, or the “upgraded” buttons, I don’t know — because ModdedZone refuses to respond.

I have:

Sent multiple emails (ignored)

Provided documentation and details (ignored)

Called customer support, which was hands-down the worst customer support call I’ve ever experienced — zero help, zero accountability, zero resolution

At this point, I’ve been left with a damaged, non-functional controller and no response whatsoever. This company is happy to take your money, but once there’s a problem, they disappear.

I am now forced to pursue a credit card dispute because ModdedZone has made it impossible to resolve this like a normal business.

If you value your money, your time, or basic customer service, do not buy from this company. Premium prices, bargain-basement support.

Controller physical look

Controller physical look, weight, touch and feel is immaculate. I love that the company has an app for us to purchase mods and are able to control profiles and presets. Very nice job guys.

Delivery & Controller Experience

I received a modded controller earlier than expected delivery, and the controller worked perfectly as well. Modded Zone app is also very functional with the controller. Overall, I had no problems.

If you don’t have one, get one!

I’ve been using modded controllers for years when I found out about them. I now have 4 modded controllers for different games. My latest one is the one for battlefield 6 and it’s f’ing awesome.

I really enjoyed the item I purchased

I really enjoyed the item I purchased, makes my gaming experience a lot more expressive and I love the design of my item slick and simple, the only issue is the shipping time I wish It was much quicker so I could enjoy the item sooner
