Bought a Cardigan and it ripped straight away as a I tried to put it on( definitely wasnt tight just bad quality , was £18 and they said delivery will be £15 to send it back which meant I only get £3 refund . And then when I wrote an honest review on the product they blocked to and didn’t let it post , so they lie and hide any negative reviews

If there is 0 star I would give 0. The dress came very wrinkly and the tag on it looks like it was ripped and attached again, NO ribbon between the sleeve and the nick which means that somebody USED and RETURNED USED to them. Don’t buy from them they are the worst customer service.

Bought a dress which did not fit and now returning is such a pain. I got return form that did not work and therefore requested another form which also didn’t work and then another form. every time it turned out to be a fake DHL form as it said invalid QR code. This definitely looks like a company which scams people.

They send me a wrong size dress, contacted them around 5 times with their annoying what’s app system. They said they will help and email me. Waiting for months nothing happened. No one cares for your loss. If you are not happy with your product you have lost your money don’t waste your time contacting them because they won’t do anything to help you. Not buying again unless they refund me without me contacting them again which they won’t! I am tired of keep on contacting them and seeing no results.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, This company is total waste and will steal your money. They send you products with wrong size ask you to send pictures then say they can’t help because measurements were stated on the website. Even defective item will cost you money to refund. I wanted to return items that was defective and two didn’t fit it showed after return fee I will be left with less than half of what I had paid. I will not be shopping with this company again. Total rubbish customer service

I made an order of 5 coord sets. I received some of them faulty, so I packed them up and created a return on the website where it asked me the reason for return and I selected faulty/defective. I then noticed that modanisa had sent me a returns label but have stated that they will be deducting £11.99 from my refund. I contacted them more than three times to inform them that my choice returning the items is not my fault and that the items should’ve been checked correctly prior to delivery. Not only did they respond so late without understanding me clearly, but they repeated the same paragraph and closed my case without actually resolving the issue. I decided to try and contact them again via WhatsApp, they responded a lot faster, but responded by saying that there is nothing that could be done since I have created the return already, that they have a specific procedure for damaged items and that I should’ve contacted them before creating the return with photos etc. I refuse to believe this, because if this was completely true there would not be the option to select faulty/defective for the reason to return and they could also inspect the items upon receiving them. I think they have been extremely unfair by withholding £11.99 for something that was entirely their fault. I will definitely not be using them again and do not recommend you use them either.
After writing out the above review, I received the reply from Modanisa and decided to contact them again believing that they were prepared to now solve my issue. However, they just repeated the same thing and we’re just deceiving me, so do not believe anything they say or trust that they will solve your issue. I still HIGHLY recommend that you don’t use this company, waste of time!

I’ve ordered few outfits and scarfs from them which came up on time but with wrong sizes ,So I returned it back, they deducted the delivery charges individually for every items. And one of the outfit (cost £34) they didn’t return neither mentioned where it is
So collectively they steal £60 of mine , and with their rubbish customer service who always messes up which different excuses.
So DONT ORDER AND DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY TO THESE THEIVES 😡

at first, it was good I bought a few things with no issues and they came very quickly, but when I received one item and it was tight around the waist and bust they demanded pictures of the item which is fair and of course the tags still on and not worn so I showed all this but then they wanted me to take tape measurements of the item? all the other dresses were fine except this one. Anyway, when I sent it back for a refund they said they will charge me £12? this is disgusting so they steal from you and give you half your money even less..!! so AVOID AT ALL COSTS they are a bunch of thieves and the worst customer service.

Hit and miss company, some prices are on a fake discount like they will show a scarf was apparently £100 plus and they put it on sale but they have not so just a warning. (I went to the original brands webiste to see what the prices are like if they ship internationally eg fresh scarves) Their quality is also hit and miss which is expected as they sell clothes from different Turkish brands so look into the brands themselves before purchasing. Also i have noticed that things i have put on my like list have suddenly upped in price after a week so beware.

Previously mentioned returns are free. Only to find out (via google search and not via website) that returns are chargeable. Appauling terms. We are living in 2023 - not in 2001. Returns should be free (regardless of how or who you use).
Items sizing was correctly ordered-but sewing of those dresses were not the correct size. Hence the return- not my fault- Modanisa should carry the cost fo return due to poor sewing sizes.
Returns are not sent to Turkey- they go to a UK returns address- this should not cost £16.
Unless things change for returns policy- I wont be using Modanisa for any future purchases.
Any new buyers- be aware! any returns incur a min £16 loss.

I do know whether they even deserve a star!! Having a website to sell clothes online is not only about the quality of the clothes but also about the logistics. I placed an order of 300 euros and received missing one item. The item was not so expensive comparing to the order (about 7 euros). However modanisa refused to admit they did not include it in the package. I felt somehow like they were trying to put the blame on me? Why I do not know? Their service was not professional at all and I had to pay the full amount although I did not receive the item. Anyway since them I am not recommending them to any of my acquaintances.

totally no service to the customer if there is a problem, i had a complaint three times not one time has it been resolved, last complaint of 16/08 case nr 19955791 also not resolved, i am very disappointed in modanisa as a platinium member.
I lost 100 points and I didn't get my discount voucher of €75.

EDIT 8/23: they claim that the resolved my issue but have not, I only got a refund for less than half of what I paid, one of the refunds being $0.69, don’t believe what they say
I have been awaiting 7 months for a refund for an order I did order no97772108. I spent $331 dollars on this order only to be refunded less than half the amount. I am so disappointed, I used to be a loyal customer and referred everyone to this website but I will not do that after this. I don’t know what’s going on but even their customer service has become horrible, with this type of service they will not last long.

I placed a large order of which I returned most of the items. While I received the items on time, the return process is awful. I returned my items before the 60 day return policy was up, and received no money back. I have now been dealing with the customer service team and the refund team for 4 months and am no closer to solving this problem than when it started.
I would NOT recommend buying from Modanisa.

I would not order from this website again i mean you do business in uk why don’t you have a returns hub in the UK that gathers, all the returns and send them in one go back to you and you my get more customers also your return policy is shocking never see anything like this before I’ve got a free delivery but I’ve Got pay £15.99 to return it🤦🏼♀️
