They have a fast delivery, the quality of their products worth the price. The costumer service replies quickly if help needed returning a product or exchanging it to another size or another product with the same price or top up to buy a more expensive one.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS CROOK COMPANY - EXTREMELY HARD TO REFUND THE ITEMS AND I JUST WASTED OVER $44.75 ON THE MAILING FEE IN ADDITION A $150 WORTH OF CLOTHES THAT I DON'T NEED.

I BOUGHT THE ITEMS BACK IN OCTOBER 2022 AND SPENT $44.75 TO MAIL THEM BACK TO CHINA, THE ADDRESS THAT THEY PROVIDED WAS INCORRECT. TODAY, MAY 5, 2023, THE BOX GOT RETURNED TO THE SENDER, ME!!!!

Products were what was shown, good quality and very cute! However shipping times were long and predictions were inaccurate

I bought 2 items. The dress was not the size advertised on their website. So I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and nice. They apparently made changes to their size chart on the website after. So I would highly recommend them!

I ordered one item from this website for the first time. And it came quick actually, i would say about more than a week. My item was in perfect condition, no damaged on anything. I was also in contact with their customer service on insta and email and i would say their customer service are pretty nice and helpful which i like alot. I would shop one more time on this store for sure!

THey told me to retune the item and I did and then they claimed they didn’t receive it and told me to send in different addresses, how was i suppose to send it to a different address when the cloth was already sent. Now i lost my money and cloth. NEVER SHOP HERE!!!!! the sizes are extremely small. and not true to size.

Everything was great! I ordered 3 items, a hoodie, a sweater, and a blouse, and all 3 of them fit perfectly. I see a lot of people had issues with sizing, so I'd like to note that I am on the smaller side, so my sizing experience may not match others. Shipping was very quick, it only took a little over a week to be delivered! I've bought from this company before, and the first time my hoodie took a really long time to ship. I'm glad to see the shipping has improved! Overall, very happy experience!

I've ordered from them several times now, and the clothes were as expected.

There was a great selection available and the orders arrived in a timely manner considering they came from overseas.
However a number of items did not fit. All the items I was interested were One Size only, and not all One Sizes were equal in their ability to fit my wife (Medium to Large in American), and a few that did barely fit.
I can only recommend this store if you are shopping for petite, extra small, or small sizes, at least as it pertains to lingerie.

As another reviewer stated they stole the entire balance of my visa gift card on April 9th. I have never heard of this website and now they stole my money. Complete fraud will be reporting

I’m really happy with the customer service. They refunded my order because next week I leave for quite some time and won’t be able to receive the package. I explained the situation and they refunded it immediately. Good work!

I just love Modakawa and I'm literally wearing the pajamas I bought from them right now! Their clothing is so high quality and I've been looking for a Japanese clothing store with good prices to match their high-quality clothing and I found it! I totally recommend for people who want cute clothing that's worth the price, and though prices can get a bit hefty it makes up for it in quality.

Only bought from Modakawa twice before but both hoodies were really comfortable and fit well! Love their clothing! :) Shipping is a bit slow but that is fine!

They somehow got hold of my MC gift card and stole the entire balance. I have never done business with them ever!!!!

Love the white dress I purchased, but the sweater doesn't fit well, a bit loose. Got lots of compliment with the white dress though!

I bought a 2 dresses from here and I thought it would either be too small or big but it fit perfectly. The quality was pretty good and overall it was exactly how it was in the picture. A couple of weeks ago I just ordered again. I can’t wait to try them on.

Has a very unique line up of cute clothing and accessories, but sizing is somewhat limited since the sizes are more than likely smaller than advertised. Customer service has been acceptable from personal experience.

Their biggest downfall is themselves. According to this company, they can do no wrong. I bought two outfits, double checked the titles, and was super excited about it. Instead of whole outfits, I only got sweaters. Instead of fixing the situation and trying to make things right, they only argued with me stating that I should not have read the titles. I have never dealt with such infallible humans.
