You placed an order on October 6th, which you received on October 8th.
You contacted us the same day to request a return, and we immediately sent you the return label.
You then handed the package to DHL, and it was marked as delivered to our store on October 15th. However, as we explained, there was an issue with DHL’s delivery process. We have now finally received the package and processed your refund.
We replied to all your messages promptly and did our best to keep you reassured throughout the process.
Your review therefore seems unfair and not entirely accurate, as the refund has been completed today.
