Terrible customer service experience. My order was delayed for weeks, and I was not provided with any tracking information during that time. When the dresses finally arrived, the quality was very poor—the material looked cheap and the dresses were scrunched up in the packaging.
The returns process is a nightmare; you must first make an enquiry via their website to see if you are eligible for a return. They require detailed photos and explanations of why you’re dissatisfied before they will even provide a postal address for the return.
Although they offer a 14-day return period, they drag out the process, making it extremely inconvenient. I would strongly advise avoiding this company.
