3 months later and haven’t received anything. This company will ignore you. Even if something is wrong, they need to be transparent with customers instead of setting their Instagram to private and ignoring emails. I just want my money back, so I can be done with it. I’ve filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau and I’ve disputed the charge with my bank. There’s so many other other Black owned businesses that you can support who will actually value your business with them, and treats their customers right. I’ve ordered from Pienki Blieu and her products are amazing and shipping was fast. Highly suggest here, if you’re looking for great body butters to try.

They took my money n ran with. Blocked my email after asking for a update also. Wish i could report this as scam.

Horrible experience! I ordered from them in efforts to support black owned businesses and they took the money and ran!! Closed their stuff all the way down— no email updates— no website— private instagram account. I will never buy blindly again! Don’t buy— they are country ass crooks!! — they will take your money and roll— shut em down!!

I placed an order 3 months ago. Periodic updates were given saying COVID was impacting supply deliveries, that is understandable. But seeing other reviews it appears a similar story is happening. I received an email saying my order shipped 8/3 but after two weeks, nothing. No order, no tracking updates, nada. I reached out to the company to receive an email back on 8/18 from Jan saying she will update me by EOD...no such update was provided. I’ve followed up twice and not a peep. Instagram is private and now the website is completely gone. I don’t know what good it does now but if the company resurfaces, buyer beware!

It's sad because I wanted to support a black owned business.
This company has stopped responding to emails and calls. Placed an order July 3rd and it's now almost September 1st. After customers started commenting questions on their most recent IG post about not getting their orders they privated their account. FB doesn't have any recent posts, and website is still taking new orders. Taking action to get my money back and report to Better Business Bureau.

I placed an order on June 30th, and have yet to receive my order as of August 28th. I’ve emailed them multiple times, as well as sent messages on Facebook and IG. The first two times, I received a response from Jan. In the first response (July 22nd) she stated that my order was supposed to ship out that day but they missed the shipping deadline. She stated they would be shipping it the following week. Nothing. The second response (August 18th) she stated she would update me that day, by the close of business, with the status of my order. Nothing. They’re no longer responding to my messages/emails. I really wanted to support this Black Owned Business but at this point I feel I’ve been taken for a fool. Extremely disappointing.

Absolutely terrible. No responses I asked several times for a refund and now your Instagram page is closed? Along with others I will be reporting them to my bank to file to receive my refund that I’ve asked five times for already

i placed an order with them on June 3,2020. i didn’t receive any word from them, only that it would be shipped out in 7-10 business days in my email confirmation. i contacted them on June 23 and was told my order would be shipped the next morning. i waited another 3 weeks to give them time because i still had hopes and honestly i was excited to try this product out! nope it was not shipped at all! they are liars!! on July 14 i was fed up and i asked for a full refund. they did provide me with that. but still such a shame and the owner of this company is so shady to not even be able to address exactly what’s going on within her own company. really misleading and i hope they fix this issue. it makes no sense to me and i don’t think they’re being honest. i’ve been placing orders online during this pandemic and i have received my orders on time!!!! so what really is going on Mocha Whip??

Like many people, I ordered my product in June and still have not received it. After many emails I finally got an email that says they would provide me with an update by the end of the day that was on the 18th of August and I still haven’t received that update! Crazy! I just don’t understand what is so hard! I even asked them to just refund me my money and I will spend it elsewhere and they haven’t even done that! I wish I would have done more research before trying to support this small black owned business! Never again!

I placed an order at the beginning of May and after many DM’s and emails I finally got word on 8/3 that my order has been shipped. Since then, the tracking info still stays“ READY TO GO
Tracking details will be available once package arrives at the shipping facility.” I haven’t heard back from customer service and now they turned their Instagram private so you can’t even send them a message that way. Yet they’re STILL accepting orders online. Don’t give this company a dime. I highly doubt I’ll EVER receive my order. UPDATE: I had to contact my bank in order to get a refund.

Save your money!!! I ordered on July 2,2020 and still haven’t received my order. After emailing them five times and threatening to get my bank involved for a refund I was told my order would be shipped on 8/17. I asked for a tracking number and still haven’t received anything. What pisses me off the most is the fact that they are still taking orders on their website knowing damn well they haven’t fulfilled many orders.

I placed an order 7/1 and have yet to receive it. I’ve contacted the company multiple times. It went from a delay due to Covid to a delay due to Hurricane warnings to the item will be shipped that day and I’ll have notification that evening. Welp that was a week ago and no tracking or order. I’ll be contacting both the Better Business Bureau and my financial institution.

I placed an order on July 4, 2020, it’s now August 10, 2020, and I still have not received my order. I’ve sent multiple messages and get the same automated response that due to Covid19 the shipping is slower than usual blah blah blah. This company is a fraud and they take your money. I filed a complaint with the BBB a week ago. Do yourself the biggest favor and don’t spend your money buying a product from this company because you won’t receive your order and they’ll just come up with the same sorry excuses blaming Covid19. If you do take the risk, I’m sure you’ll be back here giving a one star review just like I’m doing. I’d never recommend this company! The worst of the worst!!

I placed my order beginning of June, and still have not received my products. I understand that shipping is being delayed due to the pandemic, but this is 2 months late. I recieved a tracking email stating it was on its way mid June. After reviewing the tracking info again today, its still in FL. I live in NC.

I ordered the product on June 1st. I received an email advising they were behind schedule 3 days later. After 3 weeks I cancelled my order and after 1 week recieved a full refund. While I never got to try the product the company was always very responsive and professional when handling my concerns. They are not perfect but they are transparent.

The product makes your skin feel so soft, even my hair and it's not greasy. That's what I love most. I have the BDay fragrance and I love the freshness of the smell. It's not perfumey or too sweet smelling.
I will be ordering more. Great product.

My wife purchased this product, introduced it to me, and as a man I was initially reluctant to try it. However, I find myself using the African soap regularly. I enjoy the clean feel that leaves on my face and I can appreciate that it is chemical free.

I also enjoy using the shealoe butter cream as a massaging cream on my wife.

These are wonderful products and we plan on making another purchase as we are running low.

I was contacted by Karen, from Mocha Whip, on today. She saw a review I posted and wanted to reach out to me. I'm still smiling from the phone call! It is always refreshing to be on the receiving end of some good, old fashion customer service! Karen truly exceeded all expectations! As I stated before in my initial review, this product is really good! I ordered two of the whipped butters and I'm currently using the vanilla chai. I absolutely LOVE it and was never shy about sharing that! It, seriously, lasts all day, keeps my skin hydrated and soft, and has a long lasting aroma! My initial review included my dissatisfaction with the customer service that I initially recieved; however, Karen provided more insight and explained that due to COVID there were some changes to staffing and unexpected issues, including a decrease in staff. I really appreciate her transparency! Karen is a gem! Keep her on the team! I'll continue to support Mocha Whip! 🖤
