Unfortunately the strap loop broke, contacted them for a replacement which they never sent. I won’t be using them again for my watch straps

I bought 10 straps of smartwatch and…
I bought 10 straps of smartwatch band and they just post me 2 straps.
I send them mail to requests that send me back the rest of straps.
They rejected and lie that they sent
already all of the straps to me.
I keep all the courier record and the bag of parcel already.All of the evidence also indicate they only send me 2 straps.
I don’t know how to chase back my money actually,should I call the police ?
Thus,Please avoid this company .Horrible
I also saw many negative comment in their Facebook after my experience happened .It is too late for me to realise about this .
