Picked up the TicWatch Pro 5 in black last August. It's discontinued and won't be getting any more Wear OS updates, but overall it's still a solid watch that holds up well for daily use. My only mi... See more

I wish I had read the reviews..
I purchased a Ticwatch Pro 2020 for use with my closed loop insulin pump software. I wanted something rugged that I wouldn’t need to worry about breaking, and the Ticwatch is purportedly designed to a military standard. After less the two months the screen cracked while ambling around the house. I didn’t fall, but I must have walked into something that was small enough for me to not even register that I had.
I contacted Mobvoi and they immediately said it was man-made damage and that the warranty doesn’t cover it. They offered me 30% discount on a new watch. They then contacted me to tell me since I purchased the watch on sale there would be no discount . Perhaps I expect too much, but I was hoping the watch would be stronger/better quality and that the after sales rep wouldn’t immediate blame me for breaking it.
Don't cover warranty
My watch keeps getting stuck in bootloop because of a defect button.
Mobvoi support refuse warrenty claim because I have been wearing the watch in the shower, even tough water damage is not the cause of the defect. And this is even before receiving the watch for repairs.
This doesn't seam correct that they are allowed to refuse warranty, when what broke the warrenty is not the cause of the problem.
I would normaly think that they should prove this, before refusing warranty claims.
Zero technical assistance
After checking some reviews (definitely, not long-term), I got impressed with what Ticwatch could do (pure WatchOS, with NFC, etc..). Then I asked my brother-in-law to bring one for me from the USA (4G version). He bought it for me, but he wasn't able to bring it due to the pandemic. After a couple of months, he sent me through the postal service. Summing up, I've used it for a couple of months, and then the battery simple died, I cannot charge it at all, but unfortunately, my warranty period has expired. When I contacted the Mobvoi support team, they said they could only offer me a 20% discount to buy a new one, and they didn't have any authorized assistance in Australia. So, I've got a faulty smartwatch that I cannot even repair. I regret that I haven't bought a smartwatch for well-known brands like Samsung, which have technical assistance all over the country.
Do not buy anything from Mobvoi, because you won't have any assistance.
Poor build and bad support
I have had 3 of their watches and 2 ear buds . The pins connecting the watch straps failed on on the watches. The have burn in issues with the displays. The earbuds work for 3 months then randomly start dropping the connection and the battery life significantly decreases. They have poor customer support and will not stand behind their product.
Don't even bother with Mobvoi
Awful company with poor hardware and even worse customer service.
They don't care about their customers
Don't give them your money.
You WILL regret it.
Find something else
The watches are lets say good, but do not expect updates for it. As soon as 6 months passed from the release of the watch, there will be no more software updates for the watch. They want to push more and more watches out the store. They should support a watch at least 1-2 years, but they do not.
Stay well clear from this company...
I bought the ticwatch pro s from this company everything was great till the third day then everything went wrong watch started overheating totally wrong sleep and heart rate monitor there website is so hard to understand which I think is intentional it's nearly impossible to contact there customer service I have emailed them and as expected no reply. Do yourself a favour and shop somewhere else (REALLY)
Scammers
Sent me an email saying thanks for purchasing (I haven't bought anything) and a link to leave a review (which I haven't clicked).
Apparently if I leave a review they'll send me a watch for free?!
Sounds like a scam to me.
Without doubt the very worst company.
Without doubt the very worst company..
Bought a watch from this cowboy outfit, it worked well for a couple of weeks, then the watch refused to charge past 90%.. eventually it wouldn't charge at all.. after a lot of ping-pong emails (and them sending a new charger - which was never going to be the problem) they got me to send it back to their UK hub..
Replacement received.. OK, I thought..
Watch No.2 worked OK for approximately 1 week, then exactly the same thing happened as watch No.1.. so, eventually they let me do the same thing, return the terrible terrible watch back to them.. I paid for the best Royal Mail delivery, but unfortunately I lost the receipt (these things do happen you know..)
Mobvoi/Ticwatch are unable to process the replacement unless they have the tracking details.. unbelievable! You're telling me that even though I've sent it legitimately, which included my name and address on it, you are unable to process my replacement!!
Absolutely fuming.. money and lots of time down the drain..
These products are absolutely rubbish.. buy from a bigger and better company, one with good customer service
Badly made
I had a Mobvoi home treadmill which I bought for £399 from Amazon. It broke in 31 days, and about 125k steps. I had problems from the very start, but it ended with the treadmill ER05 and not being able to move the belt.
It's a shame, as it is compact and a good design spec just poorly made and bad parts.
Avoid
TicWatch is 3 total nono ,no future
TicWatch 3 total crapp , it may be paid fake media hype which led me to buy this watch , stupid me sold my samsung watch before buying it.dual display is like using cheap £2 watch 99% of the time for 1% you need need both hands like a phone , and if you need to use this like phone , use your phone why waste £250 ,you can't change cheap standby display for other design there is only one cheap design.i m sure they will not give new upcoming wear os update which is coming to samsung watch 4 , they may launch new watch who knows. so guys steer away from TicWatch .TicWatch 3 will stuck with this old os forever . save money for samsung , google watch, fitbit , there are other too.
Poor battery, useless app, bad customer service
Bought a Ticwatch pro 2020 a couple of months back. Initially it was set up with no issues all be it the OS wear App is useless compared to the fitbit one (alot less informatve). A couple of weeks ago. It disconnected from the app and I have not been able to reconnect. I have watched various videos, reset the watch and followed instructions on how to re connect but no use. The live chat was not available to contact customer support so I tweeted them and after a couple of days I got a response to email them. I have done this some days ago and I'm yet to receive a response. So I'm left with a watch that won't connect to my phone. Also, be wary of the battery life advertised. Its not even close to the 'up to 20 days' use even when not in major use. I'm. Sorry I bought it tbh
faulty S2 , after 8 months
so just last week my ticwatch S2 bricked itself.
so I tried to restart it , switch it off etc
nothing
mind you I only purchased Oct 2020
so 8 months ago.
i contacted the support people
at the start it was going well I was very reasonable , I said am I able to upgrade this faulty unit for something else
yes you may
great , I asked about a c2 plus
so on there site I can buy one for $236 , so she said we can do that for you
so you will need to pay the difference off the c2 plus which is 315$
I said hang on hang on
where did you get that number from
that's the price of the watch I said no it's not and I sent her a screenshot
it got worse do I just said I just want a refund then I'll take my business somewhere else
oh we can't give you a refund
on there site it clearly states
Mobvoi guarantees that the Product(s) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one(1) year from the date you receive the product ("Warranty Period").
For all Product(s) that contain or develop material defects in materials or workmanship during the Warranty Period, Mobvoi will, at its sole option, either: (i) repair the Product(s); (ii) replace the Product(s) with a new or refurbished Product(s) (replacement Product(s) being of identical model or functional equivalent); or (iii) provide to you a refund of the price you paid for the Product(s)
they said no refund , iii Clearly says refund
Just be very careful this mob has no customer support
they will clearly just take your money and hand ball you off
I just purchased a Ticwatch pro 3…
I just purchased a Ticwatch pro 3 online from here, and it came super quick.
I am based in Sydney and I got it within 2 days and I just paid standard shipping.
The watch is awesome,, super happy.
Patience is key.. Smartwatch was worth the wait
I've always wanted a quality smart watch! The Tick watch Pro 3 stood out for me. Ordering through the company website was quick and easy and was reassured with the 6 installment payment method. After checking if the website was legit I found a surprising low score on trust pilot as I'm sure anyone can check for themselves.
After the reviews I read, to be honest I was worried about delivery complications.
The website gives a 2-4 day expected delivery but not detailing to which area..
I live in England, and my delivery took 11 days. With the only delivery updates I recieved was the day before delivery. May need to be patient and I can say with testing the watch out for a couple days it's worth the wait!
Thanks Team Mobvoi
Order hasn't arrived after a month and a half and counting
Ordered a Ticwatch 3 watch from their website on the 11th April. It's now 28th May and still haven't received.
I have reached out to Mobvoi and they repeatedly have told me its in transit, but my local post office have no record of it so looks like it's lost. $300 dollars down the drain.
Watch batteries just stop charging
Watch batteries just don't last, they stop charging and, in the end it is garbage, save yourself time money and headache, buy a reputable brand, these Mobvoi products are built not to last, garbage, and customer service could care less
Absolute garbage products, even worse customer service
What a cashgrab this company is, ordered a pair of earbuds, got them fairly quickly but the quality of the product was absolutely s*it. Earbuds keep desyncing, one earbud just doesn't work at all, basically garbage. Tried reaching out atleast 3 times to customer service and after a week i got 0 word from them. Epic first impression all im gonna say
Battery dies after 13 months. THEY DO NOT REPLACE ITEM
The battery dies after 13-14 months of use. When you go to contact the company, they say they are aware of a battery aging problem. Their only offer to remedy the problem is to have ship the item back to them on your own dime, and once they receive the speaker they offer you a discount to buy another one.
GARBAGE PRODUCT!!! SCAM COMPANY!!!!
STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
Scam will not replace defective watch
Ok.... was bought the new Ticwatch Pro 3 Cellular as a present a few months back at over £300 , the touch screen has gone faulty and Mobvoi refuses to repair or replace the watch. They said i can have 30% off a new watch, this is just a proper scam and have taken it up with trading standards today.
