Good quality product
Following a purchase from MobSpares I am very satisfied with the product ordered. Received and installed on my phone and works perfectly. I had my microphone which was out of order no one could hear me and the replacement part was identical to the original. I had the opportunity to speak with customer service for information on my delivery and the service is top notch, quick response. It all depends on the products and available stock, delivery takes more or less time but it's worth the wait.

5 days later and my order still hasn't…
5 days later and my order still hasn't been shipped despite me paying for express delivery.
UPDATE: After this post MobSpares reached out and tried to fix the situation. I do appreciate the refund but I'd much rather just have had my charger sooner. I ended up ordering another charger from Tokopedia which arrived before the one I ordered from MobSpares.
It should be noted that the one I eventually got from MobSpares seems to be both smaller and better quality.

First purchase from this store and everything went smoothly. The item is as described, free international delivery was relatively fast, I received frequent updates, and the price was just right. I might as well buy again in the future :)

Top store
Probably the best overseas choice for buying phone parts. The shipping time might be considerably long, but the price of the spare parts is worth the wait.

Great service after initial problem
Item arrived but did not work. But then they said keep the one that doesn't work. The new one does work because comes with a 10w charger which the first did not have. So with the new charger even the old one works it was just not compatible with original charger oddly. But also they sent 2 extra docks for some reason so maybe I need to send back coz that is too good a service

LOWER battery capacity, but refund came quickly
I ordered a battery replacement for my red magic 6r. The delivery was slow but it was to be expected. The product came and in their favor it had all you could need to actually perform the replacement. I did and after some days of testing, the battery capacity is WAY OFF. The battery should have a capacity of 4100maH (per description on their site), while it's actually 3400, which is a huge difference. As you can imagine this didn't improve the battery life of my device at all. Don't buy from these guys
Update: I leave my initial review for full transparency, but after the interaction with their customer service, i feel like i need to give an update, because while the product that arrived was not the one advertised, after a brief conversation with the customer service (that reached out to me after my initial review), a full refund for the product came quickly. Which is not ideal as i spent €30 excluding the battery for its installation, but they did the right thing and it's not a given

As we already confirmed in our conversation, probelm was reported to the factory and the product manager. As a result of this the testing process will be improved. Thanks for beeing part of our improvment.

horrible experience
horrible experience
After a month of waiting and receiving nothing i asked to be reimbursed. It has been three months now, i haven't been reimbursed and i still haven't received my parcel. This is ridiculous. Also i see that the review i left on their website - responding to their automatic survey email - is not online.

Hello, Charles Armstrelli
As we already discussed in our private conversation and you aware of this.
The order was shipped on time but there were 3 delivery attemts and all failed due to the wrong delivery address.
Unfortunately, we have no control over the delivery address provided by you. After this, the parcel was available for collection from your local post office and we informed you about this, but you did not collect it either.
The package was returned to our warehouse, and we provided full refund including shipping fees.
Return process took longer then 14 days just because we waited for the item to be returned.
Thank You & Regards

Very good customer service
The price was right (low). The shipping cost to Canada was reasonable.
I had purchased items previously from other places that were cheap that I had to wait for over a month.
I was pleasantly surprised when the item arrived in 2 weeks only.
Unfortunately, something was wrong. This can happen. What matters when something goes wrong is how easy it is to deal with it.
I submitted a contact request. It was responded to almost immediately. That was awesome.
Questions and instructions provided to me to address the issue were clear.
The company went out of their way to make everything right.
At the end, I have a product exactly as described and to my satisfaction.
I will be a repeat a customer.
Considering my experience, I strongly recommend MobSpares.

legitimate
I bought a phone with a not working rear camera so I look for a legitimate store online and this store/website is where I ended, at first have hesitations because their product is very cheap, I ordered anyway, they are very responsive in every email I sent them by the way. Recieved it almost two weeks because there is some issue with my order. To my surprise the camera quality is very good its like the stock camera. I highly recommend this store/website
because of the price, the responsiveness and the quality of their items.
