This website is a scam. I tried to use it with my own number and never received a text. Tried to cancel and receive an error page. Every time I sent an email to cancel, but we’ll see if my card gets charged again. I probably will have to close that card and get a new one.

$.37c my ass, they just charged my card $50USD today after a transaction under one dollar a few days ago. Now I have to cancel my card and launch a dispute to get the money back. Scam.
And now, 2026-01-22 they've made an ass-covering reply pretending their hidden charge was totally transparent and known from the start. It isn't. The UI makes sure you don't know about the upcoming scam.

Total scam I had to cancel my debit card and get a new one because of them and their practices of just taking money and not allowing you to cancel. They try to send you to a third-party to cancel that also automatically charges your account. Most frustrating company I’ve ever encountered since the actual mobile find does not work correctly.

I cancelled the same day as I registered. I actually cancelled twice just to confirm that it went through. I never received an email of it being cancelled, nor an email receipt of the 89-cent purchase. Then I saw the $50 charge the next day. I tried contacting every avenue on the site, but it led nowhere. The robot ended up "cancelling" my subscription, so we will see if I will be charged again. This website is an absolute scam. DO NOT USE! It also said I would hear about a possible refund in 30 days- but I am not counting on it at all.

Literally useless. And their helpless is an AI bot. This isn’t a real locator service. You enter the number and then they send a message to it asking for location. Supposedly anonymously but who the heck knows. Such a total scam.

I gave it a cell phone number to locate and it said it would be 89 cents so I tried it with 2 different cards and both were declined even though I have much more money in those accounts. I did not sign up for an account so after reading these reviews, I'm wondering if they are going to try and charge me the $40+ that all of the other 1-star reviews mentioned. And if they do, will they do it on both cards I tried to use? I'll do much more than leave a bad review here. Based on the phone number they are giving in the response, they are not in the United States. They will be looking at international internet fraud charges.
By the way, they give an address in their response to the complaints, but it differs from what is on their website. If the one they provide does not work for you... you might try this one: support AT Celltracks DOT net

Naughty Tech or MobiLocator is a total scam. You click on locate your phone and some get an initial charge of .89 cents - somehow. Then, if you don't check your automatic payments on PayPal, you find you have a monthly charge of 49US Dollars! Attempts to reach the company or cancel futile. Please alert PalPal to fraud scam activity. Detail your experience on PayPal as they refused to refund the money and deemed the transaction valid initially. Update, I did contact the credit card company linked to PayPal and they are investigating. How can Google let these sponsored frauds continue? ...... Read the reply, don't believe a word they spew. Contacted credit card company, waiting for response. May be forced to cancel my card and get a new one. Scammers.

Big Big SCAM! They do not allow you to cancel during so-called trial-period. They will probably cut and paste some generic answer about not getting hold of me. Absolute hogwash. I will be alerting the Hong Kong authorities if not resolved very very soon.

Pity I didn’t read the review below. Fraudulent company. Located my phone in New York when I am in the UK! Supposed to be 89c but ended up with a monthly subscription that I did not agree to. Now trying to get a refund.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Did not locate the phone number I thought I was paying .89 cents for. Read the fine print. I was searching for a lost phone but the phone needs to give permission to show location which isn't going to happen if it's lost... "Results" showed the phone in a different area location than it was. To get results the phone needed to respond to request to give an exact location. Auto renewed for $49.80 without any sign-up or agreement that I was aware of. Paypal is asking for the billing agreement but there is none. Scam, fraud, waste of money. Buyer beware!

HOW DO I CANCEL!!?????
First of all, it was Completely WRONG and said my phone was FAR from where it was. Second, HOW TO I CANCEL!! This site is extremely sketchy.... all kinds of glitches, and won't bring me to anywhere for me to cancel or a phone number to call!!

I sent my payment via BTC, as they requested, but they never showed the payment as received, so my money got lost, although Blockchain says it was actually delivered. The final fact is that I never received the service I paid for.

They told me the phone was in Texas which it was, but 350 miles from their location. RIPOFF
And they tried to stick me with a $49/mo renewal fee.
Stay AWAY

I lost my phone, and tried this service and was billed $1.05 to my credit company. They did not find my phone. Immediately sent an email because their phone number is out of service, to cancel. I do not want the charge of $39.99. I contacted my credit company to block all credit charges. I hear Mobilocator is a scam. No one should be charged this outrageous amount for nothing. Cancel them!

Scam. Didn’t do a thing to find my phone. Charged me $39.99 per month for nothing. Trying to cancel with no luck. Phone number is not in service. Be warned The phone number listed on web site is not in use. I have been begging for them for to cancel my service. A true headache. They respond to reviews but it is a truly awful experience as a customer

I too got sucked in! My wife misplaced her phone this system sent the co-ordinates of my phone instead....go figure? I immediately unsubscribed, don't waste your time or money.
