Very impressed so far with the service from Mobility Plus. Wife and I visited the showroom to test drive powerchair, impressed by the chair and the service of the staff who did not pressure us into a decision. We purchased about 2 weeks later on the website and took delivery the next day. The printed description provided could be improved with more detail. However on emailing there has been excellent additional support offered.

I have made 2 purchases now and am very pleased with the service and delivery.
My powerchair has surpassed my expectations.
The customer service is very good, fast and efficient.
I don't normally write reviews but I fell the product and service from Mobility Plus has been excellent and would highly recommend them.

Communication was fantastic

Fantastic delivery with communication all the way and within 24hours. Product well packaged and in perfect as described condition.

Great service I also booked the install. The company I ordered from kept me updated on the progress of my order. The day it came it was installed swiftly and packaging took away and disposed of. Then given a full demonstration of the working product. Very happy.

Excellent customer service delivery and after sales advice

The item you sent was perfect for the wheelchair and getting it so quickly made all the difference.

I went down to Bishops Stortford, had a really lovely and young girl who had so much patience with me. When I had more or less decided which rotator I wanted, she helped me see if I could fit it in my boot, I have a small one and it is very important to make sure you will be able to go out with it.
So now nearly a month later I’m getting the hang of it, but still taking it slowly as she told me not to rush

The scooter was absolutely brilliant but I had to send it back it didn’t suit for getting it in the car
