Poor customer service policy
Poor customer service policy - Though it seems like with there satisfaction guarantee that you can try out the program to see if it's right for you, they don't offer any trial. I bought the app and tried it and didn't like the app itself. I emailed them that day and they wrote back to try for 30 days. I tried for another two weeks and still didn't like it, and contacted them again and got back the same response. The app doesn't allow users to skip exercises, nor does it have a catalogue of different exercises. It's a set routine and the only way to move to the next set is to play through the entire 10-15 minutes of exercises. If an exercise bothers you or perhaps you don't have a bar or band that particular day to do the exercise, you can't skip it, and no alternatives are provided. It's also boring AF. There's no voiceover with guidance or tips. It's like the boring PT app that comes free with my health insurance. It wasn't what I was looking for and I knew that day one, yet they kept pushing that I have to try it for 30 days.
