ACHTUNG ACHTUNG.Worst customer…

ACHTUNG ACHTUNG.Worst customer service.I bought 1,5 years ago an ABL ev charger that was already 2 years old.Unfortunately it stopped working properly.I sent them back an email describing the problem,but they answered me to communicate straight to ABL.Two months now,ABL doesn t answer me though.Therefore I tried to reach them again in order to guide me and help me how to communicate with ABL.Never answered back my emails.Nice german customer service.

Total lack of email contact

The worst company I have encountered in many, many years. Contact only up to the point of sale, then they do not respond to any messages: neither sent by email nor from the website. I tried many times, from different email boxes, and the only thing they were able to write was information on TrustPilot that "they're sorry and they're acting," but that's not true: for a week they still haven't answered a simple email and sent an invoice. If you buy something for a company inside the EU beware: they do not send correct invoices!
How long should it take to reply to an email:
"Please send invoices with the correct VAT number, because these are EU transactions and we need to correctly account for VAT tax." ???
