ACHTUNG ACHTUNG.Worst customer service.I bought 1,5 years ago an ABL ev charger that was already 2 years old.Unfortunately it stopped working properly.I sent them back an email describing the problem,but they answered me to communicate straight to ABL.Two months now,ABL doesn t answer me though.Therefore I tried to reach them again in order to guide me and help me how to communicate with ABL.Never answered back my emails.Nice german customer service.
