Flat tyre at local attraction
We got a flat tyre, after a lovely day at a local attraction. I googled Tyre Buddy, their response was quick. They courteously listened to my problem & gave me clear instruction of price, timing plus all the information which I needed. They were contactable on WhatsApp, the whole time. Zama arrived after 1 hour, which was within the time frame. He was courteous, polite & respectful. He fitted a new tyre in around 15 minutes. Excellent service at a good price for an emergency callout. I would recommend Mobile tyre buddy.

Rang up to get a quote for a tyre to be replaced and given a price of over £200 which was much more than a quote from a local company. When I told the man I wouldn’t bother was told in a very rude manner to take my car to a garage then!! Obviously this man needs a course in customer service care.

Very quick and efficient service
Very quick and efficient service. From putting the phone down to getting back on the road took less than an hour, impressive considering it was late on a Friday afternoon.
With the state of the roads now i have no doubt that i will be using these guys again at some point.
