Stay away from mobile pixels terrible and china based software and support team. But if you must absolutely Get something from them, then I beg of you, do not get the Tetra Keyword Mobile Monitor thing. This thing has only brought me headaches, disappointment, wasted time with their support, wasted time going through screens after screens of dubious Chinese software that gets installed on my MacBook, doesn't feel like it fits, and neither does it work. If at least it worked, then I could overlook all of it. But it doesn't even work. And their support? Yeah, you can get more support if you scream into the void. There are more chances that you'll get a useful echo out of a void.

I needed advice setting up my duo and emailed at least twice and still 10 days later have not had a response to my multiple inquiries

I have been using one of their product (Duex Max) for more than 6 months now, and I'm really pleased with it. Really practical, decently light, while still being sturdy; even the cable is of good quality (which is often not the case with this kind of products).

I recently contacted their support because I wanted to purchase a second set of magnets for my second laptop, but couldn't get them shipped to my country. The customer service was extremely quick to response (within barely an hour), and offer to ship the magnets to my place despite it not being directly offered on their online shop (yet, shipping costs were a bit prohibitive, though), but also shared the tech specs of the magnets, so that I could purchase equivalent ones in another shop if I prefer. (BTW, it's N48 neodyme, I put it here, because I couldn't find the info anywhere online...)

All in all, a really great experience, both with the product, and with their customer service.

Recently purchased the Geminos monitor, and it has exceeded my expectations. With limited space in my home office, I needed a monitor that would allow me to expand my screens without sacrificing too much workspace. This monitor is the perfect solution for anyone looking to maximize their screens while still having enough room to work.

Another feature I think is great is the ability to adjust the lower monitor and bring it closer to my eyes when I need to look at the details of some drawings. It provides flexibility that I haven't found in other monitors.

Trash sent me a broken screen and they take days to answer emails this place is a joke

After checking similar providers they have the biggest screens (14.1 inch) that can be deliverd outside US (I am based in Europe).

Do not pay custom taxes if the courier (FedEx) asks you. He will come the next day handing it to you, that ie how it happened in my case,

I just love these guys - everything they produce is of the highest quality and works exactly and perfectly as stated. I first got hooked on Mobile Pixels via Kickstarter/Indiegogo when they released their dual screens for laptops. I was in right from the beginning as one of my all-time pet peeves was when I traveled overseas for work and didn't have my dual screens I was used to using for spreadsheets with my laptop.

Trying to work on multiple documents, spreadsheets, proposals, etc with one laptop screen - painful. Add in their Duex screens - magic!! MP delivered with the Deux Lite and then along comes Geminos!!! I changed jobs a little while after I invested in the Duex screens and then came Duex Max which worked with my new larger work laptop. This meant more screen, more happy me!! I still use all the screens on Microsoft surface pro (Lite's) and on my personal laptop (Duex Max) No matter where I travel, whether its for work or pleasure, one piece of Mobile Pixel is always with me!! Unbelievably solid, helpful, and high-quality products. Even if you're just surfing the internet, on social media, and want to watch TV or a movie, you've got full control right there in front of you. Pure Genius!!

When I saw Mobile Pixel advertise the Geminos, it was like manna from heaven as it offered me a cleaner and neater home office system for my computer with 2 screens stacked, taking up less space, more visually pleasing, and higher quality graphics and visuals. I had no trepidation at all crowdfunding with MP as I've benefitted so many times already with their products. They communicate so professionally and keep you updated on progress.
Those not afraid to gamble, MP won't let you down as every campaign they have started on Indiegogo and Kickstarter has delivered awesome products much faster than most campaigns I've been on.

For those afraid to gamble - they won't let you down as you'll still get a superb product at a decent price if you wait for it to come to market (right now check out their stuff on Amazon and their own website!).

I jumped straight into their new Geminos campaign on Kickstarter and, yes, yet again they delivered. It's absolutely fantastic quality build, superb quality of graphics, colors and pictures, design style, and ease of use. I literally was up and running in 10 minutes (all my other cables already fit this system. The packaging (outer and inner) is of the highest quality - you just feel like you bought something special when it arrives and you unbox it.

The equipment is of superb design, stylish, and modern (space age one neighbor described it). It frees up so much space and right now I have it set up at the corner of the desk and have so much clean free space instead of my old set up of 2 side x side screens. I adore it. Right now, I have the top screen with xfinity.com tv channels playing and/or Netflix. The bottom screen is email so super easy to multitask and when I'm working, it's spreadsheet friendly, with multiple screens for working on different documents and having email open. It's a class act. I love these guys and will watch for every new release. The quality of images whether TV, movies, games, graphics, artwork, spreadsheets, etc is first class, sparkling, bright, and easy on the eyes!

They will continue to be a huge success through crowdfunding as they deliver time and time again. You won't go wrong investing in this. I didn't even upgrade to the touch screen and it's still brilliant quality, easy to use, and serves every purpose I invested in it for. Well done Mobile Pixels - you guys rock!!!
