We sincerely apologize for this sad situation. As we can see, the item you bought few months ago has been discontinued, we can not receive it anymore by our suppliers. Normally, you are supposed to receive our automatical emails directly into your inbox, but maybe they gone directly in you spams. They ask if you want an exchange or a full refund, we guess you did not receive them. Our customer support will immediately refund you with PayPal the full amount paid.

THE SCREEN PROTECTOR PLASTICS ARE UNACCEPTABLE ...THEY ARE A JOKE !
SURE THEY APPROXIMATE THE BLACKBERRY PRIVAT SCREEN AREA BUT THE CUT OUTS AT THE
TOP DO NOT CORRESPOND WITH THE BLACKBERRY FORMAT, THE PLASTIC IS OPAQUE AND NOT
CLEAR AND THE SIDES OF THE THE PLASTIC PEEL OFF BECAUSE THEY DO NOT DEAL WITH
THE BEND OF THE BLACKBERRY PRIVAT SCREEN.
THE OTHER ITEMS IN THE PACKAGE ARE GENERIC AND SO ARE LOW QUALITY OK BUT THIS
MOST IMPORTANT ITEM IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.

You ordered on 23th and the package was shipped the same day by our team. It was delivered on 25th. Usualy the delivery takes 24h minimum but rarely it can take more time, passed 48H, we take every action to compensate the delay. So, our customer service did the necesarry to compensate you.
