I ordered four products and received a faulty product
I ordered four products. They took a long time to arrive and the packaging was completely broken and open.
One item is faulty, I filled in the refund/return form and now emailed two follow ups.
It's been weeks and I have had no response.

I really love using Mobil gas station because I really like the customer service at Mobil Avondale specifically her name is “ Heema” her customer service is very amazing I remember when she had this angry customer and she makes him calm down and and she put smile in his face. You Won't Get It (Ship from UK)
Ordered a phone case through them, immediately notified this is sending from the UK and not from the NZ despite no mention of this prior. Follow up and they're experiencing delays and have no tracking information for my order. Having demanded a refund they've only partially refunded. Don't use them.

Website says nz but UK base. Bought a wireless charger with a UK wall plug provided. Other items was over priced for what it is

Horrible website, tried to post a negative review but it doesn't allow you to do it. Poor customer service, misleading products. Not based in NZ at all.
Cracking and more cracking
Purchased two products. Pixel 8 screen protector blocks a large portion of the screen on all sides, also cracked on first day from little to no impact. Set of 3 watch screen protectors for galaxy watch, one cracked in first week, second fell off... Third cracked quickly too. Cheapest screen protectors for a reason...
Fraud and misrepresentation
Ordered phone covers and based on the fact that the site represented a New Zealand organisation, was expecting prompt delivery. Still waiting and have found site is based overseas and I am not alone with my delivery issues.

I did know they were based in UK, this 70+ year old found it easy to find out. I wanted a nice leather case for my new samsung s20fe and mobile had them in stock and at a great price. I could only get brown but that's OK. Postage from UK was $7.48 ,very reasonable, I had sent a similar package to Australia which cost $34 and took 4 weeks. The case from mobile fun arrived 2 weeks to the day. I count that as great service. The leather was soft and nicely padded to protect my phone. I like the magnetic closure. So very happy with my purchase and would buy from them again.
Shipping took 5 weeks for it arrive
Shipping took 5 weeks for it arrive. It appears to be an NZ website, but it isn't and the goods come.from UK! Any returns the buyer has too pay, which is obviously totaly not worth the shipping cost. Very misleading, wouldn't recommend.

Total liers . Brought a case from them it said in stock . All good ten min later get email from cust service saying it's out of stock and not due for 3weeks . This annoyed me and it states in stock . Complete lies . It's still showing as in stock twelve hours later . Complaint has been laid with the ASA IN UK where they based . There not a NZ company despite using a NZ domain to trick u .

Cash has been paid online to the UK SITE. The receipt and acknowledgement also received.
Finally their local shop agents told after 2nd June, they'll find a solution to resolve the matter.
But now the issue is everytime I sent a mail that ends up, diverted in to their no reply mail address.
Even their customer Service mail id also gets converted to no reply mail address.
I DO HAVE ALL THE DOCUMENTATION EVIDENCE TO PROVE FOR PAYMENTS AND INCLUDING RELEVANT SCREENSHOTS.
Lesson learned not to shop here!
This business is based in the UK and uses a .co.nz domain name to appear like a local business. I have been waiting far too long for my order and there’s no way to contact them as their support email address bounces back and the contact form on their website doesn’t work either. I’ve given up waiting and ordered from another website now. Lesson learned not to buy anything from this website.
Product was legit but...
Product was legit but delivery took far longer than the 7-15 days promised (30 days).
The package arrived in poor condition and almost wide open. I was lucky that the smart tags were still inside.
Will buy local next time.
Pleasantly Surprised
I only read the reviews after I had already ordered from Mobile Fun, a lot of them were not great so I was a bit worried. However I had no problems, the delivery took about 3 weeks but I was aware that it was shipping from the UK. The phone case has arrived, looks genuine and fits my phone well.
If you are ordering from this company just be aware that they are not based in NZ.

EPIC FAIL
Sadly this company is not supplying any goods as promised. Mine hasn't arrived either. Also believed it was a NZ site. That on me but still I expect to get what I paid for...not make a donation!
Poor customer service, super slow delivery
Brought 2 tempered glass screen protectors for my phone. Paid extra shipping to get them here quickly.
Ordered 30/1, apparently shipped 1/2 but still haven't arrived, it's now 4/3...
Poor customer service, refusal to pay back the extra shipping, couldn't care less during emails just told me to wait until 8/3 for delivery. Completely missing the point of my complaint that I paid EXTRA shipping to get it here quicker.
Brought from here as assumed NZ business but actually coming from UK.... I might as well have brought from Ali express, would have got here quicker and would have had better customer service.
I would advise to avoid and I wish I had read more reviews before purchase.
