They give you a high price for your trade in, I bascially gave them a brand new phone, as in still has the stickers on and they cut it down by half as it does not have warranty + not as decribed (not a blemish on it)

Great Products and Great Service
Having been an Apple user for a long time I wanted to swap to Android after reading different reviews.
I purchased a Google Pixel 10 which arrived promptly and was in perfect condition. After a couple of weeks I decided I wasn't getting on with Android and contacted Mobile Direct and asked if I could swap the P10 for an iPhone 16 which they promptly agreed to so I bought a iPhone 16 first so I could txfr my data from the Pixel 10 to iPhone and then returned the Pixel 10 and Mobile Direct promptly refunded me for the Pixel 10.
All the way through this process the communication and advice was brilliant from their support team and made me feel that it was no trouble at all to do what I wanted to do.
Hence 5 stars for both Product and Service.

The phone was delivered promptly. I choose the phone condition of excellent & it was like new. This is the first time buying a refurbished one & the experience was seamless. Would recommend this company. The price was also good. Will buy a phone from here again without a second thought.

I'm sure they're fine if you buy a phone off them, but honestly dont trade your phone in. Was offered £582, which of course puts them 'just' above all other trade in companies. Phone is pristine. Of course, got an email shortly after receiving saying 'we have revised our offer to £381 because of the condition of your phone'. Their main reason (lol) was because it had 'a number of battery cycles'. So unless you're trading a phone in that you've never used, they'll con you.
The trick here is, they have good trustpilot reviews because of the other side of the business.
Honestly, do not trade in with this company. Its just a scam, and most people cant be bothered with the hassle of getting the phone back. I've learn my lesson, just put it on Facebook and you'll get the same sort of money anyway.
Edit: Their response is also factually incorrect, there’s no wear to the screen or the sides of the phone, it’s in absolutely fantastic condition. I’ve sold it to a different company who were more than happy paying £550 for it.
Again, please check their trade in reviews. They are solely 1*. I’ve complained to trustpilot as it gives an inaccurate review score.

As a result, the device did not meet the condition category originally selected (Excellent).
Please note that, to qualify as Excellent condition, a device must be free from visible signs of wear and have no noticeable wear to the screen. The wear observed during our inspection meant that the device did not meet this category, as detailed in the inspection report provided.
Our valuations are always based on the actual condition of the device at the time of inspection, and we have photographic evidence available to support our assessment should you wish to review it.
As part of our efforts to reach a fair outcome, we provided a revised valuation based on the inspection findings, as the device was assessed within our Very Good condition category.
We always aim to be transparent and fair in our assessments, and we value customer feedback. We also believe it is important that valuations accurately reflect the condition of the devices received, helping to ensure a fair process for all parties.
