If I can I would not give this one star…

If I can I would not give this one star as well. One of the worst providers. I have not got my cash back for last November and now for the current Feb one rejected without any reasson. When you go to their chat- they ask you to fill all the infor even if you are logged in and then you are asked the same info for verification by the human agent. Then they do not read the initial message and ask what is the problem. Explain and randomly line gets cut and you are starting from zero. Just harrass the customer and waste their time. I think this business will go out unless they find meaningful ways to make life easy for customers to claim their cashback, etc instead of making their own life easy.

A charming chat and a superb deal

I've just had a charming chat with customer services and been given an even better deal for Vodafone SIM only than I had before. The adviser was helpful, well informed and eager to get me the very best deal. 100% positive.

They have no complaint department!!!!!; you get whatever, and you shut up!!!!

I bought a SIM-only plan, and they said to register to have cash back, but when you try the site doesn't allow you
When I asked the customer support to make complain he said there is no complaint departmane
Avoid this site at all costs as the post-sales support is not great

Stay absolutely clear and away from this company. I placed the order on 1.11.25 through this company. I received my sim after 4 days. My number was ported by one week as soon as I started to using the sim by second week the every time it would come up as server unreachable. I had to reset many times after doing this multiple times I reported to the company only to be told too late to cancel. Awful

Really bad service

We tried to order an S25 mobile phone through these company. originally tried t order it online. which was a complete waste of time. phoned them up to see if the order had gone through as I hadnt received anything via email. Basically it hadnt. The adviser started to take my order over the phone( fair enough). after having to repeat everything 2 or three times.. he then put me on hold and came back and told me that I had to then start the order again as his computer messed up.. so for a third time went through the order process, had the 1p check done on my account. then after about 1 hour on the phone went through the credit check. Now I have a high credit score and over £20, 000 available credit. remarkably I failed the credit check which had never happened before! So the order had to be then stared again and put in my wife's name. After yet another 40 mins. we thought that the phone had been ordered with next day delivery. Alas no delivery the next day. no email of confirmation or 4 digit code for delivery. My wife phoned them the next day and to our amazement, there was no order!! SO again for the 4/5th time the order process had to be done AGAIN!! this time it went through and the next day we got the phone. on a sep order a screen protector and case was ordered. Ive been waiting a week 6 days for this. the money has come out of my acc but nobody at the company can tell me if it has been posted. I would really avoid using this company and go elsewhere.. they do not know their arse from there elbow! totally and utterly useless. if you go on there web site they seem to have scored 4.5 out of 5 .. really not the case. piss poor at best. Avoid , Avoid Avoid. is all I can say!!

Take your business else where.

Take all your information do a credit check (which they tell you has passed), then take 1p out your bank account only then to tell you you've failed on an internal security check and can't explain why or can overturn. They then explain to go to currys to sort. So a hard search of your credit report for nothing which will have a negative impact on it. It seems like this is a wide spread issue with many people reporting the same issue. Avoid at all costs till Currys henchmen can remedy! Very frustrating and worrying that a company can operate in this way.

£1,200 order refused for the sake of £10.

Last Tuesday evening I ordered a SIM card from these people as my contract with another company was coming to an end. However, a couple of days later, I saw their offer of a Samsung Galaxy phone with a free smart watch and ear buds, so I placed an order for this too. The next day I received an email saying they had cancelled my order for the phone as I had not built up a 90 day payment record for the SIM card I had ordered earlier. I phoned them and said cancel the SIM card because if they reinstated the order for the phone I wouldn't need it. This they agreed to do and said it would take a couple of days to sort out, no problem. A week went by so I phoned their customer service dept. and was told they had cancelled it. I had already received emails from Royal Mail telling me they were expecting to deliver it shortly, so I asked the customer service agent what I should do with the card when it was delivered. He said it didn't matter as it hadn't been dispatched. I tried to tell him that Royal Mail had said they had it but to no avail.. Fast forward to today and yet another phone call to their sales dept. to find out what was happening. The chap their was very helpful but told me the same thing, that they wanted a 90 day payment history(for a £10 SIM card?). They asked if I would wait for the 90 days but I said no, so he cancelled the order. Five minutes after this call I received an email from them saying that they understood what had happened and that they were reinstating the order. As the agent said he had cancelled the order I phoned them back just to confirm if the order was cancelled or reinstated. This agent said no, the order had been declined by the network. I then received another email saying that after running a credit check on me they were declining the order and that I should check with Experian Credit Agency. This I did and saw that my score was 992 out of a possible 999, so it looks as if they lied about the credit check and as other people in their organisation could see their email, this becomes a libellous statement.
I really find it hard to believe that a company can turn away a £1,200 order for the sake of a £10 SIM card. Their customer service is farcical. I wish I could give zero stars.

Awful company

Awful company, refuse you when you apply for a contract despite all details being correct and having a good credit score. I called them and they said I just had to go in store to Curries which then blocked me from getting a contract completely. Completely useless on the phone and completely ruined everything when it comes to phones for me.

IMOBILE MIS-SELL GOODS AND NO REDRESS

Purchased a Dell Latitude tablet from York store 5th April. I had purchased a 256GB tablet.
No matter how much I charged it, it would not start unless plugged to adapter. Also, more alarming, discovered it was actually a 128GB tablet and I had been knowingly mis-sold.
On 17th April when I I was next in the city and near store, I returned with the tablet. The salesman now said that they have no such 256GB Dell tablets. When I showed him the receipt, he apologised. He then pulled out another one labelled as a 256GB. He claimed it was the store one but would swap. As I was in need of the tablet I agreed. I charged it up and it came on no problem. However, the store had place a PIN LOCK on it. Despite several attempts, I have not had the unlock code.
I have now informed my bank to block the payment and will use the Action Fraud App to inform police on this matter.

I am still waiting for Currys voucher first when upgrade my phone they delivered my phone in 3 weeks then they promise me to send Currys £100 voucher I am still waiting to get one and I’ve check emails nothing there what a joke
Should I stop paying and contact Vodafone for the voucher or contact citizen advise office

Order a mobile phone from mobile.co.uk…

Order a mobile phone from mobile.co.uk in October 2024. Then I changed my mind and returned the phone the next day. Alas, iD mobile still charging me £29.99 monthly. I spoke to mobile.co.uk on numerous occasions and they haven’t resolved this matter. Be mindful when dealing to both of this companies.
Am still pursuing matter with formal complaints now if no result the next step will be ombudsman. It’s hard when you have a disability and such companies exploiting you.

Avoid at all costs/ problem now resolved

Avoid at all costs, placed order a month ago, got my daughter an iPhone 16, but a Nokia was sent out, I called the number to make them
Aware that the sent out the wrong item, was told dpd were doing an investigation and would take 72 hours. This was reported on the 7th of December, called everyday day to then be told DPD haven’t responded and will take another 72 hours to get back to me, was told someone would call, Iam still bloody waiting, have one disappointed kid on Christmas Day not getting her phone even tho I’ve been charged for the phone contract the sim is still in the packet. The customer service has been appalling and doesn’t even deserve a 1 star, it’s like ordering a bmw and they send a skoda how is that even possible, no contact from the company, I wish I just stayed with my current phone provider, would avoid mobiles.co.uk at all costs, extremely poor

Very bad experience when you buy phone…

Very bad experience when you buy phone from there very helpful and happy but when l try to sale my phone very bad experience no response every time I have to chase them up it’s been two months now they have my device and I am waiting to get it back please do not trust this company at all
