Wasted my time and money

Wasted my time and money. First tried to order a phone with a new plan through their website, but that just got stuck asking me for a "valid IBAN". After calling them twice managed to set everything up through the phone support.

Drove to their store to then pick-up the phone, where I paid for the phone by card, and then had to wait for an hour for them to sort things out. They didn't manage in the end and so couldn't give me the phone I ordered. They also couldn't immediately return my money - instead opting to make me wait five working days to get my money back.

In the end spend close to two hours driving there and back, an hour in their store, half an hour on the phone. All I got to show for it is being out 326 euro, hoping I ever get my money back.

If zero stars were an option, that's what I'd choose for this company.

Edit: They responded, they are not taking any responsibility. I "should have waited for a pickup notice" from them. Something they conveniently left out during my phone call with them. None of their other mails from them mention this. On the phone I explicitly asked them whether the phone was in stock - which it was - and it could all easily be arranged in the shop.

They also claim their payment terminals don't support return payments, which is of course nonsense. All modern terminals (which they had in the shop) suppor this - they just choose to make their POS not allow this. Very easy to claim "the machine can't do it" when you're the one refusing to do it.

good cusotmer service

they have nice deals, they are reachable via whatsapp easily, if you have a problem with your contract and not getting a response mobiel.nl sends a message on your behalf and get the provider to response. i like their after sale service.

very bad experience with kliantservice…

very bad experience with kliantservice i order an porting number and thennumber was prepaid and still I have to wait 30 days for my number
i received an invoice even that i couldn't use the service because of the porting issue
I wouldn’t recommend your service to anyone even though I have two abonnements with you
