I was a bit afraid , because i never buy before the refurbished Iphone , but this phone is beautiful and good and look like totally new. I was buy the phone ´new´ , and the look is totally new.
So i´m happy and i recommended . Delivery was next day like they promised. Thank you so much for the service.

I bought a like-new iPhone X recently, and I am positively surprised. Why? I had some bad experiences with vendors, and I was skeptical about Mobico, but I read tons of good reviews and gave it a try, and didn't regret it. The phone came carefully packet, nice and clean. The device matched the description and my expectation. Serious vendor, recommend to all my friends to buy good electronics from Mobico.

I got my refurbished iPhone from Mobico yesterday, delivered within one day. I got to say I am quite surprised and happy by the overall experience The phone is in pristine condition, no visible wear or tear at all.
The battery is also quite perfect, I mean, getting 98 percent battery for a refurbished phone and that too with a cheaper price compared to other companies, is a plus. And you get extra back-case, glass protector and a headphone. Didn't find all these options in other place.
The customer care was also very prompt on me. I had ordered a different color which was supposed to come in one week, but after talking to the customer care lady, she immediately helped me in getting another color which was delivered next day. I don't think you can ask for more from them.
Just to pin point the pros and cons: -
PROS: - 1) Phone's condition is perfect. 2) Delivery is perfect. 3) Customer care is very responsive.

CONS: - So far none for me. I am quite happy with the product.

Last year, I bought my daughter an iPhone. And this year I bought a device for myself.
The phones are good and conform to the stated specifications.

I received the phone in Brussels -- an iPhone 8, 64GB -- the day after ordering it, so the service could not be faster. Couple that with the fact that the prices are extremely competitive and that Mobico ensures its products for two years, and I don't see why anyone would buy a phone (or iPad, or...) elsewhere. This is my second purchase from Mobico in a year, and I know it won't be my last. All thumbs up!

I was thinking to buy iPhone from long time, but always high prices were constraint. But later found about Mobico website and got to know about the great services it provides. So I ordered and got the phone next day itself. Excellent packaging, updates and great!! Cannot resist to order one more phone sooner :)

After much research I have chosen Mobico and buying a refurbished iPhone 7 for my daughter, also as a more environmental option. I paid EUR 249, the phone arrived on the next day, but immediately upon opening the box and plugging in, we noticed two major faults, namely: 1) the home button did not work at all, 2) the battery overheated after just 10 min of charging. I have sent the phone back the same day requesting a refund. It took them two weeks to return the money, they also kept EUR 10 for I am not sure what... I called and wrote to their customer service several times too, and albeit they were responsive, they were also very slow, and in the first place: how could they send a completely useless phone for quite some money?? Unfortunately, no environmental option - I bought her a new one...

I just bought my third phone from Mobico. These guys are really great. Usually I go and visit their shop in Amersfoort, but this time because of Covid-19 it was understandable closed. I needed the phone really urgently and reached them by phone. Together we picked a phone they had in store, I ordered it online and the young lady helping me, said she would make sure I get it within a day. This was at 3pm in the afternoon. Less than 18 hours later, the phone arrived at my home as promised. The Mobico Team is really great and their phones are perfect for a very fair price!

It was a very nice experience as usual. Very easy to navigate the website and the info about the phone was very clear so i had very clear picture of what i will get. To make it even better, the phone was delivered the next day just as promised. I am e very satisfied customer and that why i keep coming back.

Really fast service, order it and the next day you get it delivered. The product I order was above my expectation, I was scared that the mark of use would be very visible but it is not the case. Plus my Iphone came with an addapter for the headphones which I did not expected! I recommend Mobico!

I had been looking for a new phone for some time. I came across mobico via an advertisement on marktplaats. It seemed too good to be true but I read the reviews and decided to go ahead and purchase. Despite it being Easter weekend my phone arrived the next day! The phone is in great condition as advertised, I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase.
