I ordered and paid for a wheelchair at nearly $600 on 27 December. And other than initial automated confirmation l have had no contact. I have phone several times left messages and emails...l need this chair!!!! I am hoping this is just holiday issue because everything looks legitimate.🤞
I purchased 2 mobility aids at the same time from this business in early December. One arrived very quickly with no issues. It has now been over a month, and the second item never arrived, nor have I received any sort of shipping advice or shipping confirmation. Despite repeated attempts via phone, the website and email I have not been able to make contact with the company. I am now out over $500 including shipping costs, I do not have a much needed mobility aid, and can not afford to purchase one elsewhere as I cannot make contact to get a refund.
