It was so easy to use. Helpful staff who were quick and efficient. Why would anyone drive to the GP?

Everything was fine and worked without problems.

Good secure parking. Super bicycles. Everything okay. I will book again, if I will go to Amsterdam again.

Price was good but when we arrived we immediately unterstood why. The entrance of the staircase of the parking garage was directly besides a metal construction were man pissed day and night, the smell was unbelievable bad. I never smelled something like that. And the street itself was for a prostitution house were the women sit in the window and wait for customers. Parking garage itself was ugly but it worked, you know.

De app was a bit slow... but worked perfect!
Compared to what other parking options I saw, this was much more affordable. Loved the bikes too! Great way to explore the city.
We needed a smaller frame bike for one of our group members, we somehow got one, but that seemed random, but it worked out anyway.

The worst nightmare you can imagine. Booked a parking place at Kerklaan 100, we reserved voor 5.5 weeks, I was with my wife and three little kids, we drove all the way from Rotterdam to Machelen, we paid 150,- euros, for this period, unfortunately when we arrived the persons responsible for the parking place told us that they do not accept any booking done through MOBIAN, you can imagine, three little kids me and my wife in the middle of nowhere, we could not find a place for our car, other parking places were full and they ask for 475,- euro for the period we booked. MOBIAN get money from customers, do not pay the bills they should pay for the people who rule the parking place, consequently, when people book via MOBIAN, they pay, and finally do not get what they paid for. MOBIAN are criminals with all the meaning this word has in it. They should forbidden for this criminal behavior. BE CAREFUL! Do not book via MOBIAN!!! This is my bitter experience with this dubious organization which has nothing to do with European standards of caring for customers.

Good value & easy to use - even though it was my first time it took me only a few minutes to set everything up and do the reservation, and then I received good instructions how to get into the parking lot.

15 min bikeride to center of the city. Easy parking, nice bikes though my gears were not properply adjusted.

It was easy to set up and worked perfectly. The parking was easy, the bikes were nice. Very smooth.

We visited the Pinkpop Festival on 23rd of June 2024. Everything was perfect organised. The price was very good for the parking space and the two Gazelle fietsen.

Parking and bikes in Amsterdam worked very well, as did the hotline/help via WhatsApp support.
Test the bikes straight away for everything, otherwise you may have to take the long way back to the hub to exchange them, but an exchange also works smoothly. Gears didn't work on a bike. I will use the offer again, it is best to plan and book in advance, then it will be safer with availability and cheaper.

Parkplatz und Bikes in Amsterdam haben sehr gut funktioniert, auch Hotline/Hilfe über WhatsApp Support.
Fahrräder gleich auf alles Testen, sonst muss man ggf. den langen Weg zum Hub zurück, zum Tausch aber ein Tausch funktioniert auch reibungslos. Schaltung hat an einem Fahrrad nicht funktioniert. Werde das Angebot wieder nutzen, am besten im Voraus planen und buchen, dann ist es sicherer mit der Verfügbarkeit und günstiger.

Having a bike available in Amsterdam gave us more freedom than a car would have. The bikes were good. Trying to switch the rear light on in the dark was a bit difficult. The app could be more clear on which bike is selected when locking/ unlocking. And it rained!

Every thing was perfect. Only a light at the parkstation could be a good idea. It was a bit complicated to find and get the bikes in the dark with no experience with this System.The bikes were great and in first-class condition. The universal cell phone holder on the handlebars was very practical. We will definitely use this rental system again.

The experience of parking in this facility was extraordinary good. The entrance was pretty easy to find, both by car and by foot. The parking garage was very clean and the number plate recognition worked beautifully. The price for a day ticket is also pretty fair in comparison with other parking spots, where you have to pay 6,50 for an hour.
Overall a very good experience and I would surely choose this option again, if I visit Amsterdam again.

Great, recommended for safe parking

It was difficult to get there due to the street closures for the Kings day celebration, which is understandable, but we were not informed and ended up parking somewhere else as the normal, and only, car access was closed. So at the end we only used the bikes as we had to walk in. It would been kind of you to informa us beforehand.

Very convenient, user friendly, the bicycle is in a great condition. The only issue was to put back the bicycle on the rack. It was very heavy and difficult to achieve, I guess this was the reason most of the bicycles were left on the sidewalk next to the rack.

It's a great mobility option for Amsterdam. Really liked it. It's accessible, good app, solid equipment, however several bikes, although new, needed maintenance; loose phone holders , cracked tire outer tubes & gear selector needed tuning.

Easy to find, easy to use and great run too. Would recommend!
