Sigo esperando informaciones sobre mi pedido del 8/12/2017. Llevo un mes sin saber nada. Referencia 503-7961.

Me acaban de cancelar el pedido sin que nadie lo haya solicitado. Obviamente no contestan a los mails y no me comunican nada con respeto al reembolso de mi dinero.

whats?? you are not saying the truth. I sent 5 e mails in December, you replied only once 30 days after (yesterday). Yesterday I sent 5/6 emails but nobody replied to me. I asked how you would refund me. I want information about the refund procedure. It is very hard comunicate with you because you have never replied and when you finally replied, the person who texted me (Karla), didn't understand spanish. It is Mobi-city España? why are you replying in English? there is no problem for me, but you have to give me cleaver information. Now.

Esta es la 3ª vez que me informa que han cancelado y reembolsado el pedido.
El 23 de noviembre les pagué y com no tenian lo que me habian vendido, el día 5 de diciembre cancelamos el pedido.
Hoy es 5 de enero y continúo sin mi dinero.Hola,

Hello,
This is the 3rd time that you inform me that you have canceled and reimbursed the order.
On November 23 I paid them and since they did not have what they sold me, on December 5 we canceled the order.
Today is January 5 and I continue without my money.

Avoid!! No stock available!

These guys are jokers! I'm surprised they still operate. It seems they have your item in stock, in your size, even when it's not available elsewhere anymore. You pay (they do not offer Paypal, for obvious reasons). You get an email confirming yor payment and they promise you another email when the items ships out. After that.....NOTHING!
Customer service is unavailable, emails are not answered (imagine you'd have a guarantee issue). It took me 6 weeks in total to get my money back. All this time they sit on it.
AVOID - AVOID! THESE GUYS ARE CON ARTISTS!

Seems that stuff that they write on the …

Seems that stuff that they write on the website about their deliverytimes, terms and condition, policies is untrue. You can find phone numbers from Trust guard certificate, but nobody seems to be answering. Also I havent received any email response to queries. So this company doesnt have a customer serivice. Best would be to log in to those rating services that this company has and give them one start to keep customers away from this kind of business.
