Dåligt i kvalitet och efterservice

Jag hade beställt 3 rullar möbelfilt till våra matstolar eftersom rullarna var exakt rätt breda för plastfötterna. Priset var attraktivt och leveransen gick snabbt.

Efter att vi hade rengjort allting noggrant med ett professionellt rengöringsmedel limmade vi fast de nya filtarna. Efter en vecka var filten på alla stolar sned eller hade lossnat. Jag lämnade sedan in ett klagomål och fick höra att jag bara skulle köpa en av de dyraste filtarna, vilket skulle kosta mig ytterligare 1100 kr. Jag kommer aldrig att köpa något här igen.

Dyra fraktkostnader

Bra produkter, men dyra fraktkostnader.
Ett kolli som jag uppskattar väger under 0,5kg och som inte är skrymmande kostar 149kr i fraktkostnad, det blev inget köp.
