Beware of this criminal company. Do not buy anything from them!

On January 29, I placed an order and immediately made the payment. Unfortunately.. Because since then my order has still not been delivered and they cannot be reached by phone, email or anything else.

In all months, a vague answer was given once, perhaps to calm me down. But again, all communication is absent and I fear that I have unfortunately lost several hundred euros..

Under no circumstance purchase from these people. They are an entirely fraudulent operation. They take your money, send you a billing confirmation, and then do no more. If you complain on TrustPilot they say that they need further information to study the case but they are simply buying time. Stay clear!

I placed an order on March 11, and I still haven’t received any updates. There is no tracking information. I’ve already sent 3 emails—2 to the Belgian address and one to the German one (25/03/2025). I also sent a message to their social media accounts and received no reply. Please do not buy with them! I strongly advise against using this website.

Mobellex, if you read this, please let me know when the shipment will be delivered.

Edit 04.28 : Following my message here (and an e-mail) I received a refund

I hate to give bad reviews. But I have ordered two kitchen cabinets on Fabruary 14th, and today, March 8th, I haven't recieved neither the furnitures nor an explanaiton. I have sent a lot of mails to the company, and only twice have been answered. They said that they have recieved the order, but they don't know what happened with it. I am very disappointed. I have started an offitial reclamation and I will send it on Monday If I have no news.

I ordered 2 chairs on the 3rd of Februay. Unfortunately I have paid for them instantly, because now, more than 3 weeks later I have nothing received . I did sent 2 e-mails, I have tried to call twice and left a message. No response at all!! No information about delay, No track and trace. This seems like fraude. I am very dissapointed!

I placed an order on February 6th. I did receive an order confirmation and an invoice but no track and trace. I did sent an email and didn’t get any response. The phone number does not exist.

Today is February 26th and Mobellex.de still hasn't figured anything out.

I finally received my order and it looks very good. I am happy with that. It is a pity that the communication went so badly.

i never received any answer from this shop, not email, not by phone, i called, and nothing. is a scam, i payed by paypall. i never received the product i buy, more than 300 euros. i report to police and to paypal. is just incredible how they can steal the money fropm people.
Update: they answer the same day I put the review, and say it only passed 8 days out of 10 for the product to arrive but they NEVER sent any link of the courier, Nothing! Nada de nada ! Usually when you buy a product, they let you know through email, when the product is sent, and which courier, and the tracking number of the courier. They want to make people bealive that in 2 days I’ll receive the product I bought from their web? But man, no tracking number. I asked the money back and also nothing.
