There was a bit of a delay on the sending of my order, but a very good communication from the team. I rarely had such a good costumer service experience. When my order arrived, the quality was excellent. Not unimportant to note that the price-quality ratio is outstanding.

I received the wrong size with my order, but the customer service team responded very quickly and offered me a great deal as compensation. They handled the situation professionally and were very friendly. I hope next time the right size will arrive, but overall, I’m happy with how they resolved the issue. Would definitely order again!

Never buy shoes from this website.
It took 1,5 month for the shoes to arrive. Both pair of shoes are clearly fake. Customer service is terrible. They don’t allow returns.

A few weeks ago I ordered my sneakers. I was well informed about the delay of arrival. When I received my sneakers I found out it was the wrong size. Customer care service really helped me out. They responded quickly when I e-mailed them and they fixed my problem immediately. I'm really happy about the professional service and my new sneakers!

What an amazing shop! I was looking for this pair of New Balance everywhere and MNCR was the only shop I found them! The service was fantastic. I even had to e-mail the MNCR team for something I wanted to ask and reply came within a few hours, with the answer to my question! I would recommend MNCR to all my friends in Greece.

I had a great experience with MNCR sneakers. They were so quick on answering and solving issues. They have been very efficient and helpful with the whole sale and they even discounted me for another pair of sneakers for the inconvenience. Really great stuff!

When I ordered a pair of sneakers I was curious to see if all would go well. Eventhough delivery took longer than expected they kept me informed the whole time. Excellent service.

Warning to anyone considering a purchase from MNCR
I strongly advise against buying from MNCR. There are several serious issues:
The advertised delivery time was not met. I’m still waiting for one pair of shoes that was promised over a month ago.
The sizing does not match official New Balance sizing. All my genuine New Balance shoes fit perfectly, but these are noticeably smaller. The quality is poor, the materials feel cheap, and the pair that does fit causes my feet to sweat much more than my real New Balance shoes. They seem fake.
Be sure to read the terms and conditions carefully. You cannot return items if the size is wrong — which, as mentioned, is likely to happen. I’m stuck with shoes I can’t wear and can’t send back.
Customer service is extremely slow to respond and offers little to no help.

In conclusion: I spent €650 on New Balance shoes, and most of them are now in the trash.

I am very glad I came across this store, I was worried it took 3 weeks to arrive but the product I received left no questions. I recommend to everyone who wants to stand out from the crowd.

Had an issue with MNCR at the start, because I've bought the shoes on Pre-order, however the stock was delayed according to what they've e-mailed me, so I had to wait nearly a month to receive these, but when they came, I knew why they are the most wanted. Thank you very much for your patience and kind responses, although I have lost myself a few times on your support team and cursed a lot, I consider myself as a very happy woman now!

I recently ordered a pair of sneakers from New Balance. The sneakers arrived within the week and were in perfect condition.
Unfortunately, the sneakers were one size too small. I contacted customer service and was immediately sent a new pair of sneakers! Very satisfied customer!

I had ordered a very nice pair of sneakers. When I received them they unfortunately where to small, due to their great customer services they had sent me a new pair within a week!

I bought a pair of lovely sneakers from a brand I love, but they turned out to be to small. Because I bought them in the sale I wasn’t able to return or exchange them for the right size. Off course I was’nt happy about that. But luckily they thought along and fixed the problem. I now have my sneakers in the right size.
