Ordered a shoe box from them. It never arrived and they keep saying that they are checking - they won't refund the money.

Ordered a few things which was never delivered and gave a fake tracking and it happened in May. Filed a complaint and said they would resend. The next two times happened the same. Never delivered from a false or fake logistics company. I was even hesitant to give one star since no star is not an option. Sofar I lost a few dollars to this Chinese company. Be careful and forget this company.

Avoid at all costs. Fake tracking data. Delivered ? Nope. Oh it was lost. Nope. We will refund you MINUS shipping cast. Still waiting hope almost gone.

There is No company to improve because everything about mnpart was scandalous.I only spent 67$ so I can live with my 1st credit card experience as a learning experience.My biggest problem was I notified Google and they continued to let them advertise 2 to 3 months after I explained to them it was a scam.

SCAM! DON'T DO IT!
Not a legit company, takes your money for goods, provides fraudulent tracking details then ghost you. They change website-store-sites frequently once they burn thru enough fraudulent orders to get the money for goods that were never shipped! The orig order website, contact emails, order and tracking links are now disabled/non existent.
They looked legit at the start but turned out to be 100% fraud!

No delivery after a month?????

I too have fallen for this company that claims it's a Macy's online should have should have known that they were a scam from the beginning ordered in June 2025 it is now July 2025 I too have seen their shipping process and they are no reply on how to get to them so I too have lost my money that goes to show you not to trust anything that's on the internet do not order from this company you will never receive your products and you're out the money which really sucks my website says I was stuck stuck in China and went to Los Angeles and haven't heard a darn thing since so good luck to those who want to order from this site beware

Complete fraud. Never delivered goods. Lied & provided phony tracking info through a 3rd party tracking company. Sent email stating package delivered. Problem is, I opened email as soon as received, while we were sitting by window allowing view of driveway & door. No one delivered ANYTHING... and ring camera proved it. Filed fraud complaint with CC & with my state Consumer Affairs.

If I could give negative stars, I would...I ordered a jacket from "Macy's" and as soon as I got the email with the shipping info, I knew I had been scammed. I have been following the tracking through track718 logistics for a month now and no package. They told me it was lost and offered me a refund of just the cost of the item..not the $15 shipping. I told the that was absurd and that a reputable company would refund the entire amount. This is a total scam. This is the second time I have had an order from China claim to be delivered and it wasn't.
BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS!! if it's too good to be true, it generally is. Lesson learned.

Disappointed about not getting such awesome deals. But glad I read my fine print. Always read Terms of Service & Privacy Policies anytime you have doubts.Youll find your answers or how to get more info there. MNPart is def a scam go to the sight and you'll find MN= MafiaNet. It's a site by scammers for scammers. Shopline is just the tool that helps them with their transactions & doesn't care how they conduct business. In the end they all just tryin to get paid. The old saying rings true ...If a deal seems too good to be true it's most likely not true.

Thought I was getting a deal, they make it seem like your ordering from Macy's but you're not. They provide a tracking number but no carrier. Tracking stated that package has been delivered at the address. I been home the entire day, no package. No way to get in contact with customer service. Please do not purchase anything from this site

They make it look like you're shopping a Macy's sale. I haven't got any merchandise but should have realized the prices were just too good to be true. Im waiting for delivery. Not holding my breath.

"mnpart" is an Absolute scam!
After giving them the correct delivery address when placing order. they got the address wrong sent items to the wrong city. If a problem occurs there is actually no way for you to contact anyone for help. their tracking system is bogus, tracking information is incorrect. None of the help buttons work. I have sent over six emails for help, no response. This vendor is Google vetted selling under a logo that looks very much like Macy's. this is a vendor in China. They will not respond and have kept my money. Beware of China vendors

This is a scam site. My account has been banned without any notification. I do not know why they suspended my account.

Scam site i bought bundle script package. Had problems with script not working after they installed and the wont get back and answer support ticket.
