First and last time I buy here

First and last time I buy here. I always bought from AOEAH.com, but I wanted to try something different this time and it was expensive because they never delivered the order. When I tried to contact them, they would end the chat. Luckily I paid with PayPal so I can claim what I bought.

I paid for my first order in this store and they claim that I am a fraudster... They say that if you do not provide us with your documents, they will not fulfill the order and will not return the money! I do not understand how this can happen in a store with a reputation...

Hello, PayPal emailed us to inform us that your order is suspected of unauthorized fraud, so we need you to provide some documents to prove that you are the owner of the paypal account. If you don't want to provide it, we can understand and provide a refund.
