Great Experience
Made an order and requested it for the following day, the staff were understanding and happy do do so. The following day I was messaged by a member of the team and it was ready to go, order was completed with no issues and the player went above and beyond to answer any questions I had.

I had a previous bad experience with this company but after giving them the benefit of the doubt there were a few orders that were delivered as advertised (Genshin Boosts) after being impressed with how those went i placed another order - 80971 and that’s where the trouble started, the booster first of all told me the order was done and they could do no more although i managed to do part of it myself in just 30 minutes. after speaking to someone from the site they refunded me 50% of that order. i then said if they could guarantee the original order would be completed i would be happy to raise another and add some extra items they said they would check with the booster. after a lengthy wait i was told the minimum price would be 140 euros (double what was advertised on the site) when I asked why they said the price listed was wrong and it would be rectified soon. Although the price was also wrong for the last 3 months. After this second experience I would save yourself the hassle and go with someone else they are cheap for a reason

Your order (80971) was completed almost 100%, except for some chests, which usually do not have much value. Our Pro just wanted to check with you if you needed them, or if not, we could mark the order as completed. We never intended to leave the job unfinished — we always see things through to the end. You became upset and requested a 50% refund (although a much larger percentage of the work was completed, as I mentioned earlier). To make sure you were satisfied, we agreed to this refund and processed it immediately. I am very sorry that this situation upset you.
As for the new order, the price on the site was simply a bit outdated, but we informed you about this in advance so that there would be no unpleasant misunderstanding. We always try to keep all prices 100% up to date, but since we provide services for a very large number of games, sometimes it is simply impossible to instantly keep up with certain changes. However, we will continue improving in this regard to ensure the information is always accurate.
