MY ORDER WAS NOT PROVIDED
I want to start off by saying I tried every possible pathway I could before resorting to this. I went throughout 7 different live chats a email to their support and no resolution in over a day. I was promised 7 different times “we will get your order ASAP” hours and hours go by NO EMAIL. So I reach out to support again they say “we are out of coins and have to restock” ok got it so I wait more hours nothing, no coins, no emails so I go back into live chat again im told to re submit ANOTHER SCREEN SHOT it’s as if they have no record in the first place at all and I got scammed. So then I complain and let the agent know they said they rushed my order and will confirm get it in 2 hours documented. 3 Hours pass no coins and unable to get ahold of anyone live chat. I requested a refund as well they just kept screaming in all caps at me WE WILL BUY IT. Will update with another review on what the result is. I just want a resolution, my next step is to go through my bank to dispute.
