I had trouble downloading, unzipping, and installing Adobe. I'm not sure I did it correctly. When I'm working on a pdf document and hit the send icon to email a pdf as an attachment, I get a notification to start a 7 day free trial of Adobe Acrobat. I have created an Adobe account to myself. I've sent a message to Mm3 through your website. Please contact me by email.

bought ESET antivirus key, received by email, i activated it when installing program, it runs ok, after that your key is useless, when hardware fails or you need reinstall windows and you want use your key again it WONT work!. So i contacted reseller support so they send me another key but i asked for refund! After i asked for refund,no reply. They keep quiet. I contacted Eset support and been told that key i bought has someone else in control , subscription is registered on another email rather than mine, that i should use proper reseller so i got key in control via home eset login so i can use key on another computer or another time when reinstalling it, internet is full of these sellers. I DO NOT recommend tis seller, stay away!

Bastian is an outstanding corporation specialized in bringing vital software for personal a business use with a fraction of the cost when purchased directly from various dealers.
I was highly impressed of their response to my questions. The Bastian personnel were prompt and exceptionally courteous. Their instruction to load their producer was meticulously written understanding that some of their customer are not fluid in software installations.
I wish there were more corporations as Bastian in different states and provinces in North America America!

Once I placed the order, I just had to wait a couple of hours and the key was provided. I downloaded the software and installed it with the provided key and everthing worked well, no issues whatsoever

For starters I'm a first time user. But I managed to install everything swiftly because of the quick response. And the product is working just fine. Thanks to Bastian from IT.

Email purchase confirmation was prompt, and download/installation instructions it provided were spot on. Didn't have to unzip the installation files -- thanks for that-- and setup itself was quick and painless. Having the registration code preloaded was frankly a bit of a mystery/surprise, but the progream seems to be running smoothly. It's early days, but to this point, purchase has been a very positive experience.

You will not find a company that gives better customer support. They are very friendly and fast in responding to fix any issues. Also their pricing is very fair.

Before purchasing the product, I chatted with their WhatsApp number and asked them which Office versions suitable for MAC available, and I picked 2021 Professional Plus. I didn't really go through all their conditions and believed that they were going to deliver 2021 with the product key (That is what I did for my old MAC), believing in their product image. When they delivered, it was a download link in their email to activate the product. Importantly, the cheating was that the product they gave me was the 2018 Office version. When I asked them about this, they started with You should have read all the details, blah blah, and when I asked why they sent the 2018 download link, there was no response from them thereafter. So, my advice to anyone who is after their products: please make sure you read through every bit of information (they are smart to make it unnoticeable)and check what you are getting delivered. I purchased photoshop 2021 from mm3. Download was easy. Clear instructions. There was a handy utility for removing old versions. Adobe sign up and login was successful. Seems to be working. Don't know abut updates and so on ... I'm happy. Good deal. I'd buy more from these guys.
