There was a bit of a delay with the order at first, but the owner personally reached out, explained everything, and was really helpful throughout the process. That kind of communication honestly makes a huge difference and shows they genuinely care about their customers.
When it arrived, the quality was exactly what I was hoping for. Really well made and feels like it’ll last. On top of that, the owner even included a small gift, which was incredibly generous and such a nice surprise.
