It's making it hard for us students to access anything

I studied a long distance MBA at Mount Kenya University starting in 2018. The process was smooth until I started my research.

They were disorganized in arranging defense meetings; meeting would start late, no presentation schedules issued so one had to wait until they are called upon. Poor communication of meetings, overall disrespectful of students time.

That aside, they don’t respond to emails! for instance, I have been asking them to correct my names on my certificate from when I joined. Firstly, I was told to wait until I’m about to graduate. Months to graduation, they said that it was late to change. Even after graduation, it’s 9+ months. No email responses to the responsible person by names of Mary! I’ve sent reminders until today. They don’t respond. So it’s frustrating and I don’t recommend this university especially if you are studying long distance.

While studying the experience was good. Their services were well. However, I paid for the whole trimester, stopped attending after a month and few days. Asked them for a refund. They arent coping up well. Feels like my money went in waste. Paid them for 1.5 months and didnt receive their services for that term. Not a good feeling. It's my right to use my money how I want, where its profitable for me
