After receiving the confirmation for purchase there was no additional communication / email about delivery. After 2,5 weeks from the purchase I logged in to Mjuk service and saw that there was a delivery time to be chosen.

I don’t think I’m the only customer who gains the need to get rid of stuff when purchasing from you. There’s some clear customer value if you could not only deliver on purchase but also get rid of old furniture. There’s probably plenty of partnerships waiting for you if you don’t wanna do it yourself. Until then, I’m not sure if I’m gonna use your service again. That’s my quick two cents. Take it or leave it.
