Mohammed Haroon fixed my broadband today - he was communicative, professional and helpful.

The text received announcing an engineer visit said MJ Quinn "on behalf of N/A". Who is that?
I am careful who I allow into our home these days and this confused me as I've never heard of MJ Quinn and believe N/A means 'Not applicable'.
On my neighbour's investigation to help calm my anxiety, it transpires that whichever member of staff sent the text hadn't bothered to insert 'on behalf of BT/EE'. I'm afraid that reflects badly on the standards of MJ Quinn service before the engineer has even arrived. I trust this review might be used to effect improvement in monitoring of staff behaviour in consideration of the customer.
Note: 3 star rating reflects hope in advance for better service from tomorrow's engineer visit.

Openreach was booked to install FTTP to our bungalow on Anglesey, N. Wales. They contracted out to M J Quinn - their engingeer Endaf was fantastic. He took so much care with the installation – I cannot praise him enough. He made sure everthing was fully up and running before leaving us. We are so pleased with the installation. M J Quinn are lucky to have such a lovely, competent engineer working for them. Thank you Endaf, you were brilliant.

I had an engineer called Mohamed Bahs to install my fibre broadband and I must say what a lovely lad he was he was very efficient and polite he explained everything in detail what work he was carrying out and he was very professional would highly recommend

We had a Openreach installation booked for Fibre to the Premise (fttp), in North Devon, which was outsourced to M J Quinn. Ferhat turned up to do the work, he was very friendly and tried his absolute best to complete the work required. Unfortunately years of build up in the ducting had blocked the route to the street, despite this Ferhat tried many ways to unblock the route and spent a lot of time and effort trying to fix something that ultimately should not have been his problem.

Whilst ultimately trying to unblock the duct was not successful, I cannot fault his effort to try to get the issue sorted. He still completed the remainder of the work, the part that could not be completed is now assigned back to Openreach.

The engineer Mohamed Bah arrived within the stated time frame,he explained the process was easy to understand and completed the work efficiently and in the manner he had stated. He left my property clean and tidy having explained the new set up.

Mohammed haroon was the engineer that came out and fitted my fibre line to my house, he was very polite explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done to the highest standard possible even going the extra mile to offer to clear up any mess he made. He was a very cheerful person and made experienced stress free and easy to understand. Very good service would 100% recommend.

Damien Richardson installed my internet today, and I couldn't be happier with the service.
He arrived exactly when he said he would, was friendly, professional, courteous, and incredibly tidy throughout the installation. He went above and beyond, making sure everything was completed to a very high standard. Even after I told him several times that I could clean up the mess myself, he insisted on doing it, leaving everything spotless.
Damien also took the time to explain everything in great detail, making sure I understood how everything worked before he left. His professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent customer service really stood out.
An outstanding experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Damien and would happily give him 5 stars.

Mr Haroon turned up punctually have first contacted us. He was very polite and helpful. He sorted out my son's faulty WiFi and helped me connect. Also he did some additional work to ensure the wires were secure which I did not expect.
We have been having trouble contacting other staff at BT so he was a complete breath of fresh air

Damien turned up on time, explained the work involved and what drilling that had to be done, did his work and left the place spotless… thanks Damien 👍👍👍👍👍
