My son bought a watch, looks nicer on website. Big shock after receiving invoice from fed ex for over £50. So much for free shipping and ‘no secrets’ as it says in the legal statement on the page

I bought a watch from this company and received the watch, great. However although my order was "free shipping" I was still made to pay large fee by FedEx for duties and taxes after it was delivered, which was completely undiscussed or noticed on the sellers website. The watch itself is Good but be cautious when ordering from the UK as you may find yourself with some unwanted fees, and I think the seller should have been more clear that this was a possibility before I made my purchase. I understand this is not the sellers fault but I was completely unaware of this law until today and I'm sure many others will be unaware too. So I do believe they should have a notice for UK customers explaining they may be charged more.

Did like the hoodie, but little bit small inn size. Sad they didnt have the bigger size. Lovely quality on the embroidery. And ofcourse the details,the brassknuckles and the big hood. Did also order a ring, very nice. Quality is high end! Shipping was fast and good customerservice!

Fast delivery, good comms and the item is super. Quality embroidery at good price.

Wont accept returns, will egg you on for at least 10 days (at this moment in time) about the system being down, then its getting fixed, then have more patience, just not to take back this overpriced low quality wrongly sized hoody.

Ordered a XL hoodie and when it arrived its been clearly misslabeled as it probably isnt even L, let alone XL. Every other clothing i order online is XL and fits just fine. When i went to create a return, for the last 2 weeks i keep getting excuses that their system doesn’t work. Then i get charged another £2 to return it, just to be told after i paid it that the address (to which it has been delivered) is wrong. Customer service is appalling and not interested in fixing issues, probably a robot or somebody that doesnt care.

Amazing quality very quick delivery already had comments of how good it is and where I got it 🤘🏻😎👌🏻

Since December, I've been requesting an exchange, but the product is no longer available.
Emails, a request to return the product, but I have to pay for the shipping out of pocket.
No solution.

my order is stuck for 20 days at sorting center after 3 emails to MVL still no respond i guess they are scum or its just a gumble if you take your order or not

My parcel has been sitting in a sorting centre for 15 days and when I asked for an explanation, advised it will get there sooner or later. This was a Christmas present and it will not arrive in time. While I understand it’s primarily the courier, however the zero care factor displayed is disappointing and not a company I would purchase from or recommend, disappointing as my partner loves your products

Got the package love the watch the white is clean the first watch got compliments this watch I’m just waiting to wear it on the weekend
