Excellent experience at Mitchel and Co. Professional, no hard sell, and bet knowledgeable about natural and lab grown diamonds. They have a workshop on site too. They listened and understood my wishes for a trilogy lab grown diamond ring, adjusting the size as needed. And it's a beautiful ring! My partner and I are very happy. Highly recommend Mitchel and Co.

This was our second purchase from Mitchel & co, for another beautiful diamond ring (our 4th ring from the store overall). Niko helped us find the perfect stones and design, and I can safely say I won't need to visit any other jeweler again in future, it's worth the drive from London for sure.

Look no where else for a ring! I went in every store at the burning diamond market and these guys are the best on quality! A fair price and really really take the time helping you decide on the exact specifics you want 100/10!

I visited the Jewellery Quarter looking for an engagement ring for my partner and after going in many of the shops I was quite disheartened. I soon got fed up of pushy sales tactics and heartless sales assistants just simply looking for a quick and easy sale.

On the way back to the car park I decided to go into Mitchell and Co, expecting to continue to be disheartened with my Jewellery Quarter experience, how wrong I was.

I was welcomed into the store by Bhav and showed around. He showed me where the jewellery was made in the rear of the store and made me feel relaxed yet excited about buying an engagement ring.

Bhav spent a lot of time with me explaining the 4 C's, exploring options and allowing me to compare different rings and diamonds and eventually come to a decision on what ring and diamond to purchase.

I was worried about spending so much money and my partner not liking the ring. When I explained this to Bhav he said that if she did not like it, to bring it back and exchange it or have a full refund. This put me at ease - most of the places in the Jewellery Quarter do not allow this.

I ordered the ring and went back around four weeks later to pick it up. I was nervous but excited. The finished product was absolutely beautiful and was so thankful that I had decided to go into Mitchell and Co. As all of their jewellery is bespoke, it made it even more special knowing that no one else had worn this ring.

I went to Santorini a few days later and proposed to my partner. She said yes and she absolutely loves the ring.

I am genuinely so thankful to Bhav and the team at Mitchell and Co for helping me in my search for an engagement ring and cannot sing their praises enough. I had an absolutely amazing experience here, thank you.

I had gone to a few different places in the Jewelry Quater and was starting to get a bit disheartened as I didn't feel like I was getting anywhere with regards to finding an engagement ring, this all changed when I stepped in Mitchel and Co.
I was greeted by Niko and Ben and straight away they made me feel relaxed. They offered me a coffee and were asking me questions about myself and my now fiancee rather than just going straight in about the ring and how much I could afford like the other places I visited.
They showed me around the place and the lab where they make the rings which was really cool. After this Niko showed me some styles of rings and I after I fell in love with one we sat down and disussed how they are made and the cost ETC.
I paid for the ring the same day as it was absolutley perfect!
They said they would get the ring ready in four weeks, which is when I was aiming to propose. Another great thing was that because Ben lives in the same area as me, rather than travelling back into birmingham I arranged to meet Ben in my town to collect the ring! I collected the ring of ben on the arranged time and date.
Since proposing my fiancee has had some many comments on the ring, I am so happy with the service and Mitchel and Co and would 100% reccomend this jewlers to anyone.

We couldn't have wished for a smoother or more pleasant experience when we asked the team at Mitchel & Co to design a bespoke engagement ring for us. We were keen to have an Art Deco style ring with an Aquamarine as it's centre stone flanked by two baguette diamonds.

Sales Manager Niko was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave us some great advice with no pressure and made the whole process from start to finish an enjoyable and stress free one. We were literally over the moon when the ring arrived as it couldn't have been more perfect and was exactly what we dreamed of....truly beautiful.

We were so happy with the ring and the whole experience that we bought two wedding bands as well!

Looking for a engagment ring can be hard enough with the obvs pressure it brings.
I wanted to make a few appoitemnts at different shops before making my decsion.

From the very start the service was faultless
I had a long conversation with the sales manager Nicko and made an appoitment which i had the pleasure of deailing with Bhav.

Bhav walked me through everything from ring stypes, cuts, clarity and sizes. At no point was i pushed or made to feel rushed as i asked a lot of questions and was a faultless experience.

I didnt purchase there and then and did pop around the other shops and no one gave the same service by a long shot.
Not bad mouthing the anyone but if you have shoped here you will understand being welcomed in sat down and explained everything face to face is a very plesent experience.

I decided on a halo ring but 1 was way too small (my fault) and decided on an traditional
Ring. They took this back without question and worked with me and Julie to get the mew ring sorted.

We went to Mitchel & Co to choose an engagement ring. Nico was really helpful and made what can be a stressful process very easy. He helped us choose the most perfect ring and sparkly diamond! would highly recommend!

This is the third time I’ve made a purchase from Mitchel & Co and decided a while ago that I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the Birmingham Jewellery Quarter. I bought a lovely platinum solitaire from them and later decided to have some diamonds added to the shoulders. I was delighted with it and Mitch and Niko had interpreted exactly what I wanted. They were very patient in explaining the options to me. Because of Covid I didn’t want to make the train journey to collect my ring so they very kindly posted it to me. Highly recommended.

Absolutely the easiest and best place to get an engagement ring in the Jewelry Quarter.
Where all of the other shops I visited seemed to either focus on choosing a diamond first, to the complete exclusion of the ring it will go into, or offer a whole array of settings without stones in, making it really hard to visualise the complete piece, Mitchel & Co is set up to demonstrate to you what the complete rings look like, then walk you through selecting the individual components to make the finished product your own. By far and away the best experience I had in any of the shops and I was happy to be able to make a purchase from such a knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Subsequently, the after-care has been great. I'm recognised every time I go back (to get our wedding rings, for instance) and treated as more than just another walking wallet.
I strongly recommend.

Very happy with the quality of the jewellery and particularly aftercare service. Very good personal service and happy to put things right - excellent!

The service was first class from our initial first consultation with Jade where my fiancée chose her type of ring, all the way through to the collection and services offered after.
A brilliant, top class and well ran establishment. The staff are so friendly and their knowledge is second to none.

After a whole day of looking around as many shops in the Birmingham Quarter as i could squeeze in and taking in as much information as i could. i stumbled across Mitchel and Co. and i was so glad i did.
I was welcomed by Jade who offered me a drink, sat me down and discussed exactly what i was looking for. after explaining my budget and style of engagement ring i was after she talked me through all options and possible things that could be done to produce the ideal ring. we also looked through many loose diamonds within my budget and finally came to a decision of the Stone and style of ring to which i went for.
i was kept updated throughout the process and ring was ready to collect the day promised. when i collected again the service was incredible and talked through everything down to valuations, confirming what was purchased, GIA certificate and what everything ment again. nothing seemed to be too much for them.
Unfortunately after proposing and my partner saying yes (thankfully haha) one of the clasps holding the main stone in place was damaged by my partner however once again this wasnt an issue. I contacted Jade straight away who booked the ring in for a re size and at the same time the clasp was fixed and stone re set, cleaned and all other areas of the ring looked over and checked before picking up next day.
I really cant fault this company from everything down to making you feel welcome to going through every little detail to suit your needs and budget. the aftercare as well with the damage (through no fault to them) was outstanding.

We just wanted to say a big thanks for your absolutely amazing service! From the time we first visited, Niko was so experienced and knowledgable I was looking for an eternity ring for my anniversary and he noticed a problem with my engagement ring as it was coming away from where it had been soldered. He checked whether this could be resolved so after seeing a ring I fell in love with as it was gorgeous and similar to mine they remodelled my ring. They also re engraved my wedding ring which now looks brand new. I am delighted with the result as now all three rings sit perfectly over each other and the eternity ring is simply stunning! Mitchel & Co provide a first class service at such a competitive price.
