Recently received our first order from MiSupplies.
I have been so impressed with their customer service including personalised embroidery and directing me to special offers. The products are exactly what we wanted and for an excellent price. We will definitely be ordering again in future.

Ordered some carhartt, reached out to customer services for a query and had quick responses. Part of the order delivered quickly. The other part was a preorder so obviously not available yet.

11 days to pack a order???
When you place an order on 24th November, why can’t you send the item till 4th of December?? Then your saying 3 days to send then after 4 days if it doesn't come to contract you??
If you would have said this before I ordered I wouldn’t have place an order for 2 pairs of boot we need for 1st dec!
1/5 poor!!
Still 2 days to go and you’ve not posted it. And then wait even longer!
Drop shipping is a BAD business model.
This isn’t acceptable!

We are VERY clear before any customer orders of the delivery timescale on every one of our 200,00 items, to ensure you don't need to order with us if you feel the timescale doesn't work for you. I can't comment specifically on your order as not sure of the name, but saying we don't say this, is misleading and incorrect.
We hold the largest stock of Carhartt, Snickers and Helly Hansen stock in the UK, quite comfortably. EVERY one of those items is shown as 2 day delivery, eg we send straight away to you.
We then hold a huge amount of extra stock in our European stock holding, hence the delivery time is about a week later. We are very, very clear about those timescales before customers need to order. We also confirm in a written email to you. We try to be very clear if you are accessing UK stock with an immediate despatch or our European stock which is literally 5-7 days later.
I hope that gives some clarity, and we do thank you for using MI.

Absolute joke of a company 12 days and still no delivery
Ordered pair of boots and a pair of overalls. This will be coming up on 10 days f8nally got an email from dpd saying it will be here in 2 days . So 12 days waiting on gear I should have ordered on amazon an would have had them THE NEXT DAY . Absolute joke of a company that are quick enough to take your money but when it comes to posting your purchases ha different story . I will never use this company for anything again customer service is abysmal. Never again

Excellent quality products
Have ordered from MI Supplies a few times now for general workwear. Website is easy to navigate and clear. Delivery is quick (3-5 working days usually) and the products are true to size and great quality. I've never had any issues and always been comfortable in my workwear. Washes well too.

Hi Tim, thanks for your review and your order, we have now supplied you Carhartt kit for 10+ orders, so a big personal thank you from me.
We will always, always confirm the delivery time before payment is needed to be made. We have tried to remove the frustration on some sites, that you don't know the delivery time. We have the largest Carhartt stock in Europe which is all available to be sent same day on 24 hour tracked services.
There are some items that come from our other warehouse in Europe, which will then increase the delivery time by a few days. Just to confirm (but please message me for more info!) there are no Carhartt items advertised as long as 14 days, I know that is on some websites, but definitely not ours.
I have taken a look at your order, and it was ordered on 15th October 8.55pm, and was sent out 4 business days later (stock was being transferred from our Euro stock).
Appreciate you are a long way from us, but you are always welcome to come and visit us and view our huge Carhartt stocks!

Hi Ivan, I am sorry you feel that way. We have emailed you on numerous occasions. I appreciate you have said you have no received your refund. We have sent you a number of emails confirming the payment has been sent to you, including our bank transaction screens.
We have advised you to speak with your bank, to ascertain where your refund is, but rest assured your refund was processed all on time and sent to you on October 16th as per our emails and banking information. Once we have refunded a customer and sent transfer evidence, we do ask the customer to speak with their bank.
Clearly we would accept poor review regarding to our customer service, but we can confirm to you we have done everything requested and ensured you have been refunded.

Outstanding customer service
Ordered a hoodie that I wouldn't have normally bought as more expensive than any I had bought before. The courier clearly had just flung it over my gate and when I got home 6 hours later it had been robbed. Spoke with Emma R and she was polite,very fast to respond and rectified the issue within no time. The best customer service I have received in a very very long time. Will be using MI again for sure purely based on Emma's efforts for me this morning.

However, even when paying for a premium service, we do get rare occurrences where we cannot comprehend the decisions made!

Ordered a pair of work trousers over a week ago, still not dispatched, wished id checked TP before buying!
Just emailed them asking to cancel the order and issue a refund, let’s see how long it takes to get my money back?? ill update the review once known.
Update. Following the review, all of a sudden the order is dispatched, strange that!
This Al sad I means that I can’t now cancel the order and receive a refund, again that’s convenient for the seller. I’ve now got to return the trousers at my own cost to get a refund.
I’ve recieved snotty responses today from their customer service dept. Following my request to cancel the order.
I won’t be buying from these guys again, expect long dispatch times if you do order!

Hi Craig, when ordering. your order confirmation email stated despatch of goods on the 29th September, with an option if not acceptable to cancel. This timeline is also shown before payment is made. We despatched your goods all on time on 29th September as per our communications from our European warehouse stock. We offer the best returns policy in the UK with 365 days, plus the lowest price on the Mascot trousers. Our stockholding on certain items is the highest in the UK with next day delivery, up to a maximum of 7 business days such as this product when coming from our European warehouse. I am really sorry you aren't happy. We obviously couldn't cancel your order, when the goods had already been despatched on time.
However, as soon as we receive them back, we can provide a full refund for the products if not required (please allow 5 business days for processing).
I have viewed the emails sent from my colleague, which I am sorry you feel they are snotty, I have viewed them and they appear all factual and correct. Appreciate you have your own view of course.

MI supplies are the slowest workwear…
MI supplies are the slowest workwear delivery company I’ve ever used! For in branded Carhartt clothing I have been waiting over 2 weeks and it still hasn’t arrived despite the delivery date being over a weeks ago how.
If you want workwear and actually need it for work then I would suggest going to one of the other company’s that deliver the same products in 2-3 working days.
So the waiting game continues with these jokers!
