Order received safely after a mx-up-thank you for understanding

I ordered Sodium Percarbonate and Borax Decahydrate from Mistrali on 24th August 2025 and the order was shipped on 26th August, 2025. At first, I thought the order hadn't arrived, but it turned out my sister had already received it and there was a mix-up on our end. Every thing arrived safely, well packaged and described. Thank you to Mistrali team for the good service and for understanding the situation.

What was advertised ie ingredients/chemical substances of perfumers alcohol and what was stated on the safety data sheet and by the company were two very different things ...
