No communication for 2 weeks after…
No communication for 2 weeks after purchase and suddenly the order was cancelled due to the item being unavailable but still purchasable on the website. I am still awaiting my refund. I have purchased at least 3 pairs historically from Misterspex but this experience is the end.

Still haven't received the lenses two weeks after the order.
There is no tracking of the shipment, so impossible to know where it is or when it would arrive.
Customer service answers that they can't track the shippment either and just asks me to wait.

A lot faster to bill than to cashback
Still waiting for my money 6 days after they've received the models and they tell me to wait 5 days more before to receive a message telling me that the money WILL be back on my account!!!!

I probably order again.
I adorer site concept that let’s try the glasses and takes all the measures. The parcel was traceable. There was mistaping in my postal address but successfully delivered. Good price and quality compromise.
