the GNV cancelled the return trip. i was informed the day before and i am waiting to be refund from more than 1 month !

Very bad an disappointing customer…
Very bad an disappointing customer service. We have booked the round trip between Tenerife and Gomera for the pasengrrs only. 10 days before the trip we wanted to add a rented car to our booking. It took 30 min of waiting to get a phone assistance and submit our querry. Then we were told that we'll get an answer next day. 2 days later, having no answer, and after another 30 mins of waiting to get connected to phone the assistance I was told that they have 48 h to proceed the modification querry and that the e mail to the ferry companies has just been sent. They told me I'll get an answer next day. Next day it was no answer nor update on their website and what was worst their call center in french was deactivated - with an automatic responder in Italian only!
Finaly I took my car, did 40km to the harbour and solved the issue directly with the ferry coipanies on my own.
As per this experience we strongly do not recommend this company and their poor customer service
