Having reviewed your recent contact with our Customer Care team, we are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our returns process, particularly regarding the collection option.

We would like to clarify that a return collection service is not something we currently offer, and this applies to all customers. Our returns process is designed to be consistent for everyone, and at present, all returns must be made by dropping items off at a local Post Office or via an InPost returns locker.

That said, we do ensure that returns are free of charge, and we offer an extended returns period of up to 60 days to provide flexibility when sending items back.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and value your feedback as we continue to review and improve our services.

My experience in Missoma

My experience in Missoma was great. My name is Orla and i was very nervous to get my firsts done but Fiona the piercer in Marlow is so friendly and kind. She calmed me down when i was scared and when i got them done i was so happy because i have wanted them done for a while. It was all because of her if it is wasn't for Fiona i wouldn't have my ears pierced and i wouldn't be super happy and proud. I would really recommend going to Missoma in Marlow. Best place to get your ears pierced .

I had Shay at the Monmouth store for…

I had Shay at the Monmouth store for lobe piercings and she was brilliant! Explained everything clearly and did the piercings quickly and as painlessly as possible. The placement is great too.

I had a wonderful sales associate

I had a wonderful sales associate and time picking out my new earrings and necklace. I liked all the selection and the entire purchasing experience. The reason for not 5 stars is because less then 3 weeks after purchasing the earrings I lost one. So now I can’t wear the earrings anymore. I don’t think the latch on the earring was well made.

This is my 2nd time at Missoma Leeds in…

This is my 2nd time at Missoma Leeds in the past week. Not only is the jewellery stunning and so reasonably priced, but the staff are also so friendly and helpful! The women who work there really enjoy what they do and are lovely to chat to! Thank you so much for helping me out both trips, I will definitely be back!

Exceptional service!

I was really impressed with the customer service. I had a query which was resolved in less than 1 day. The advisor was friendly, helpful and dealt with my query quickly. I love the earrings I purchased - they’re a great statement piece elevating any outfit!
