Not good
I am giving this webshop only one star, and here is why: I ordered a wallpaper sample on March 30, and still haven't received my order. I am leaving this review on April 20, and up until now I was not contacted by the webshop regarding any order delay or status update, nor, as I said, have I received that proverbial sample. This isn't the customer service I am looking for.

This wallpaper sample has been send directly from the brand in England to you. Unfortunately, since the Brexit, the regular postal service from the UK is very slow.
We will order the sample again, in case the envelope has been lost in transit.

We paid the full amount on February 22nd to learn that we will not have the fabric before the end of March.
Not exactly your fault but you didn’t do “very well” until now.
