Im going to give them 5 stars just off of the customer service i received alone... The response time for my questions and concerns where less than 24hours.... My order came in about two weeks... I got the inkjet jumpsuits... In the picture on fb they look cotton however, the material is none of the sort so i was a little dissapointed at the cheaper fabric that was used... I've been getting lots of compliments mostly from men on yhe outfits though... I'd order again..

Really deserves a 0 but didn't have thay option. I have been trying to reach these people fir a simple return and no such luck.
I finally found a number to call 856 393 2228 and got to someone but was told I had to be at a computer, (I wasn't at hime at the time)red flag! Every company can do things over the phone, so why can't they do that?!! I tried to call the number back and all of a sudden it doesn't. I call garbage on this company, ridiculous! A scam, just trying to keep me from getting my money back! Never again!

I just received my outfit. I ordered a 5x and it's a little too big, but I'd rather it be too big than too small. The fabric is nice and soft as well. The fabric isn't too thin. I may buy again. I liked their Customer Service as well. I sent an email to them and they promptly replied. That's a big plus for me!

I ordered Weeks ago! Still nothing but a shipping label created. I feel like this is going to be $75 Waisted. If I ever do get the product. I’ll probably just dispute with my bank. Another rip of company on Facebook!

I waited about a month to receive one of three outfits. I ordered a 3x and when the product came it wasn’t a 3x. The tag said 3x but it was at least a medium. I sent them a email so I can get a refund and they offered me 10% which is $3. I said no, they then offered me 30% which was $10 and 20% off another order. I said no, send me the address so I can return for my refund. I’m currently waiting for a email back.

I'm so so disappointed. I ordered my clothes on July 24, 2020. Got my first piece of clothing on 09/12/2020. The shorts looked nothing like what I ordered. I've been emailing them . No response, it's sad how these people can do this. It looks like children are making these clothes. Please people beware . The clothes are not what they look like on website. Is there a way to go after them to shut this site down? Plus there under other names but same people. Sad!!!!

They sent me a short set and there was a hole in the shorts. They refuse to do anything about it and told me it doesn’t make sense to send it back because I’ll pay than the actual outfit and refuses to give me a refund

I ordered some outfits Aug 8, 2020 but I have received no email for receipt of purchase, shipment or delivery. Am I ever getting my order?

I received my purchases in a reasonable amount of time considering the pandemic. I reached out to inquire about my purchases and got a pleasant response back the next day. I am very big on customer service and I feel that the response time to my email and the quality of the items I purchased I am a satisfied customer and I will absolutely purchase from Missinstyle again.

Soooooo disappointed I will never order from this company again. I ordered a jumpsuit nothing like the picture material was paper thin I’ll take this loss but never again.

I just got my clothes today and I am happy with everything I got. Sizes are true and clothes look exactly as they did online. Good prices and cute clothes I am here for it! Definitely will be ordering again soon! Great company! Thanks for making my first time ordering clothes online a great experience!

I loveeeee this clothing site missinstyle, i highly recommend to anyone who may be interested in purchasing, some fit to size some may be a little undersized depending on the outfit & how far the material stretches ! I done bought just about everything, their clothing is so soft & comfortable & well fitted, if you care about your figure, try them out i guarantee you will love it! Hope this was helpful !

I ordered 3 outfits from this company sometime ago. I received my package about a month ago. It took awhile to get it because of covid 19 which is understandable. But once I tried my outfits on I was very satisfied. Everything fit right and looked exactly like the picture.

I ordered 2 dresses for a special event. Although the items arrived in a timely manner, they were not good quality. One dress was supposed to be an off the shoulder dress. However, it was a V-neck long dress. There is a long seam down the middle of the dress.Not flattering at all.The material is very slinky and shiny. More like an exercising tights material. Overall disappointed. They really know how to advertise and choose the right models. But the final product is not well made. Unfortunately, I will have to return.

This company sell the same items as the clothes on lovely wholesale. Use the same pictures and all. The clothes are cheaply made just like lovely wholesale company clothes only more expensive. Why pay more for the same quality of clothes

If i could give this a big FAT 0 star i would!!! they take forever to come, not to mention soooo small and the sizing is way off i even ordered a size up and i could barely breathe in it!!! cheap material too actually TERRIBLE AND A DISGRACE! the return issue the problem they wont return it saying that theyll give me a 10% refund and 20% off my next order, no i want a full refund ! than they say i can return it but i need to pay for shipping between 40-60$ so decide what u wanna do excuse me??? SCAMMERS

This company is horrible!!!! The false advertising of the items. and the fabric is so thin and cheap and the colors are not as they appear. You do not get what they advertising the drawstring Lantern pants are a total fraud .there is not drawstring on the pants and they are not cut large like picture these are not the same things as the show on Facebook and they will not ship all your items at once to as delay returns date and will not send you a return shipping address They try to force you to keep their items with no refunds even though they say they will except returns. . They also keep the items that they don't ship and try to force you to agree to a charge of 30% to return the items that were not shipped back to them
they will not give you a return label or address this is all in Chinese and no return information legible on package They should be reported and taken off Facebook and BBB should do something to warn consumers

They send me these cheap ass clothes and i return them and i did not get my refund they're charging you all that money for them clothes that you see in their ad which is not what it is and everything was too little this store is bulshit
